詹姆斯·霍纳与威尔·詹宁斯秘密地写了一首歌《My Heart Will Go On》，因为卡梅隆不想在电影中有任何歌曲。席琳·迪翁受到她丈夫René Angélil说服后同意为《My Heart Will Go On》录制一个唱片样本给他们，霍纳等待卡梅隆在适当的情绪时才向他推介这首歌。
