The film doesn’t change radically, but it’s moving and it let us learn to forgive others.In a word,I consider it as a Chicken Soup film for curing one’s broken heart.
In my perspective, “the Descendent” is worth looking. Not for its fame, but for the deep meaning that contained in the film. For each person, family is the most precious thing. Your parents, your mate,your children and all relatives surrounding you are more important than your career. Do not regret until we lose it.

The film tells the story of Andy，the banker，who is accused of shooting his wife and lover。Andy is sentenced to life imprisonment，which means he will spend the rest of his life in Shawshank prison。
