‘壹’ 跪求电影《刮痧》的影评（语言浅显易懂）谢谢！有重谢！
《刮痧》：在美国做的一场春梦
看完《刮痧》出来，我们都流下了热泪。但我纳闷我为什么并不喜欢这部电影。后来我看《天国情书》也流下了热泪，就明白，电影让人流泪也许挺困难，但让人说好就更困难了。（《天国情书》在我看来就是一部宣传不要歧视麻疯病人的片子，导演拍过很好的电影，动机也很好，但这部电影简直可以说太差。这些话与《刮痧》无关，只是顺嘴说说，所以放在括号里面。
其实，回过头细想《刮痧》，它让人流泪的部分尽管不算好，但在整个电影里仍然是最好的部分。对，我是说这部电影不好，这是我的评价。
一、差的地方
先说感觉最不好的地方。郑晓龙在广州的首映式被某记者问道"拍全英文对白国产片有媚外嫌疑"，他气坏了。我很理解他。《刮痧》给我的总体感觉倒不是媚外，反而有点儿中国说"NO"的气味在里头，那位记者真不知怎么看的电影。《刮痧》一开头，许大同（梁家辉饰）站在领奖台上激动地说"我的美国梦"云云，我就已经明白这是个批判美国梦的电影。如果说有什么嫌疑的话，我倒怀疑导演是不是有点儿"仇外"。当然郑晓龙说了，他想拍东西方文化的沟通有多难。可他表达得多少有点儿困难。
导演像搜集证据似的用一大堆情节来证明东西方文化沟通有多困难：
例一：孩子在和老板的儿子打架，许大同要孩子向老板的儿子道歉。孩子不干，许就打了他一下，老板认为在美国是不允许打孩子的，即使是孩子的父母。但许却认为"管教孩子天经地义，并且是给你面子"，气得老板大叫"这是什么乱七八糟的中国逻辑"。
例二：孙悟空在中国是神话英雄，但那位美国律师说，这只猴子根本没有道德观念和价值观念。"别人种了九千年的桃子，他不跟主人打一声招呼摘来便吃，当人家制止时，他不但不听劝阻，而且还大打出手毁了人家的桃园。别人辛辛苦苦炼好的丹丸，他拿来就吃，还把主人打得头破血流--像这样一个野蛮顽劣的猴子，竟然被许大同在电子游戏里描绘成英雄。"
例三：妻子简宁生孩子时情况危险，医院要求许大同选择保大人或小孩。许大同要求保妻子，因为"留得青山在，不怕没柴烧"。而接生的护士认为这种选择"野蛮"，是不尊重孩子的生存权利；
例四：爷爷用中国流传两千多年的刮痧疗法为孙子治病，却被美国人认为是父亲虐待儿童，儿子被放在儿童福利院监护起来，父子不得相见。
……
有了这么多证据，似乎可以马上判决：“东西方文化沟通极其困难。”不过，判决之前我还是想求证一下这些证据的有效性。第一个例子，我想如果许大同认同文明世界的话，应该已经认清“不要打孩子”这个道理了。关于为了面子打孩子的问题，不知是不是中国特产，如果是也是个很恶心的特产。好像鲁迅早就说过，不要打孩子。中国发生的打孩子的丑闻倒是蛮多的，但这只能说明我们与文明的距离，而不是与西方的距离。所以这个例子是文明与不文明之间沟通的困难，不是东西方沟通的困难，不成立。
第二、三个例子，电影自己已经证明这两个证据的无效。律师那样说纯属为了打赢官司而采取的故意激怒许大同的策略，连他自己都明白自己是有意曲解，许大同可能会因此认为存在沟通问题，但我们不会；护士的说法也很轻巧的被同是美国人的律师（许大同请的律师）一句话驳倒了（如果选择小孩，是不是可以被认为是不尊重母亲的生存权利呢）。
只有第四个例子是最扎实的，刮痧，这也是这个电影存在的原因。我看这部电影之前本来也以为整个电影会在"刮痧"上面争来争去。可是没想到在电影里，这个问题却是很轻松地就解决了。先是许大同夫妇认为在"刮痧"问题上无法与老美沟通，于是在辩护时避开谈"刮痧"，而大谈自己对孩子的爱。看电影的时候，我一直预期会出现激烈辩论"刮痧"的场面，结果这个问题一直被回避了，最后反倒是那位美国老板自己跑去一位中医那里刮了一回痧，然后把背给儿童福利局的人看，问题就这样很轻松的解决了。
到底还是没有证明东西方文化的沟通有多么难。
很多中国人都爱谈"东西方文化的沟通有多么难"这个话题，不过我还真没有发现谁谈好了。所以我一直怀疑所谓的"东西方文化交流困难"可能是个伪命题。构成两个人种无法沟通的真正问题恐怕不是什么东不东西不西，而是文明不文明（或者说人性不人性）的问题。两种文化的差异可能被有意无意的夸大了，尤其当一方处于弱势时，他往往会非常敏感以至多疑，就好像林妹妹遇上贾宝玉，后者一句无心言语，前者却要思量不已。具体在两个人的关系上还好说一些，总不妨碍林妹妹爱贾贾宝玉。而牵扯上家国情怀民族自尊，问题就会严重到无法沟通的地步，干脆说起“不”来了。
整个电影一直被这种矛盾所纠缠，想探讨文化差异，却不愿进行自我反省，而一味地沉浸在不被理解的情绪中难以自拔。对照一下大岛渚的《战场上的圣诞节》（又译《俘虏》），《刮痧》对文化差异的探讨显得非常肤浅，落到实处的差异只是技术层面的"刮痧"疗法，至于其背后的文化内涵则一略而过，电影的重心其实根本不在"刮痧"上，朱旭演的老父亲看来可以是个很好的阐释东方底蕴的角色，然而几乎成了跑龙套的，除了在前面给孙子刮痧惹下大祸，对情节的推动再无什么作为，所有有关他的情节都显得多余，明显拉缓了电影的进度之后又匆匆离开。电影在最后只是对"刮痧"简单地名词解释了一番就算了事，使我甚至怀疑导演真正的兴趣不在他所一再标榜的"文化差异"上，所谓的探讨"文化差异"只是一个幌子，一个卖点而已。
二、好的地方
我不知道是不是无心插柳的结果，《刮痧》里最好的部分恰恰是导演没有探讨什么文化差异的时候。整部电影里，当导演忘了研究"文化比较"时，才显得自如流畅起来。许大同偷了儿子引来警车追逐那场戏是电影最好的部分，好莱坞警匪片里惯常出现的追车场面被借用过来，变成了一个父亲贡献给亲爱的儿子的一次难得的游戏。对抗情绪在这里变成了温和的揶揄，警与"匪"出现了难得的和谐，孩子最后在追车游戏中睡去，整个情节显得温馨从容。
当许大同忘了他的传统，而只需要表现出他的爱时，他才变得可爱和近情理起来。父亲不得不在听证会上证明自己对儿子的爱的情节设置耐人寻味。爱只可以感受，怎能举证证明？许大同夫妇准备证词时的焦虑，以及他后来做的演讲都真切感人，这一点儿值得夸赞编剧。
最具煽情力量的自然要算结尾许大同爬楼了。它可以是一个好莱坞故事的最佳结局。皆大欢喜，场面感人，既要让人流下热泪，还要让人心满意足。当然是个大俗套，但对于一部商业片来说，俗套不是缺点。
三、打分
要我给《刮痧》打分，三颗星（满分五颗）吧。本来我想只打两颗星，导演似乎要很严肃地探讨文化冲突的问题，但是他的探讨未免太一厢情愿了。令我加上一颗星是因为我感到一颗新星冉冉升起，郑晓龙第一次拍电影就显得很圆滑老到，照这样子拍下去，又一个冯小刚就茁壮成长起来了。而且与冯小刚相比，郑晓龙要更擅于模仿好莱坞。他擅长煽情，而且他不再靠贫嘴来制造幽默感（贫嘴的幽默已经走到尽头了）。
总的来说我的感觉是：《刮痧》在探讨文化差异寻求东西沟通方面所做的事情，好像是阿Q把美国当成了土谷祠，在那里做起春梦来。

2009年3月11日晚慕名观看了郑晓龙导演的《刮痧》。或许先前是在CCTV-6看过此片的影评，所以并没有像小颖同学那样感动的从头哭到尾，不过不可否认这是一部成功的电影。
众大家皆言这是一部反映中美文化差异的电影，我却更倾向于将它理解为一部将中国文化、道德观和价值观传承的作品。片中大同在功成名就之时将久居北京的知识分子老爹接至美国并准备为其申请绿卡，其间对美国的“聋哑”生活和升华的刮痧事件最终让老人离开圣路易斯，还有里面一些细节是反映两国文化的巨大差异的，但我认为这不是主线。从一开始简宁意欲为丹丹营造一个英语环境到片尾与大同一起教丹丹说普通话，这条草蛇灰线般一直潜伏的简宁的心理变化，我认为它才能表现出这部电影的主旨。
先截取影片中的一些片断来看这部电影吧。（以下并不全为支持我的观点,仅是我对一些片断的看法）
片断一：
来看看许大同先生的获奖感言：“八年前我还是一个新移民，站在街头卖画为生，不过我相信，只要努力，总有一天会成为你们中的一员，一个真正的、成功的美国人。今天，这个奖证明了，美国是个充满机会的地方......我爱你们，我爱美国，这就是我的美国之梦...”这是一段真实的陈述，但这般的喜悦之下隐逸着的危机将在后面出现，这个真正的美国人却不是已经完全美国化，这是先将故事提到一定的高度，随着事件的发展再狠狠地砸下……
片断二：
不得不说的是大同晚宴上对丹尼斯的教育，这点上，大同完全体现出来的是一个中国式父亲，关掉电游，拍打丹尼斯脑袋，这一系列的动作正是我们在中国这大环境下所常看到的。我想作为美国人的昆兰产生疑惑不解是很正常的，这一点被拿来作为文化差异的佐证。
片断三：
老霍的出现到老霍的结束总共只出现了三件事：工作，生活，死亡。在晚宴上扮演兵马俑说明老霍穷困潦倒，工作不稳定，经济来源就是接一下这样的活；生活中的消遣就是赌场赌博，赌博的规则是浅显易懂的，这说明老霍的生活也就大众的，浅层的，是未能融入美国社会中的。赚着微薄的工资，在赌场中挥霍，最后死于心脏病。老霍的出现到结束也就是给老爹的回国预留伏笔，在老爹心里已经不能承受客死他乡的沉痛。
片断四：
大同在听证会上的震怒应该给很多人惊讶，在法官面前怎么可意气用事？但是想一想，当一个泼皮般的人在你面前搬弄是非诋毁祖国的文化，你会怎么样？拍案而起，怒发冲冠...这个不是文化的差异，但是似乎不得不说，因为这段涉及了对文化的解读。
片断五：
对老霍墓碑的独白，是对文化差异的总结，从此以后再没有写文化差异的片断，这段给我很深的感触，呼应前篇。对大同的一番话“你想逃跑吗？......生活就是这样，什么事情都可能发生，你躲是躲不开的....”这便又是中国思想的衍生，这是老父亲对儿子的教育，又是一次传承。
片断六：
开车回福利院，途中警察围追堵截，而大同平稳驶车，“从容地”在逃亡中享受父子团聚的片刻快乐，这段便是本片中欢快的一段。注意到在孩子睡着后大同的表情了么？大同欣慰的微笑变成了紧皱的眉头，这是大同的无奈，是只能在孩子背后流露出的无奈。
片断七：
大同的生活出租屋里一片狼藉。一个破碎的家庭，不是因为自己而是因为制度，这可笑的原因正是让大同无奈的原因，生活失去了方向。简宁与其一起饮酒，嘲讽自己也是出于同样的原因，最后大同悲痛的说“不许这样说”，这是对美国生活的呐喊。
一个很想说的人物----简宁进门前的那个妓女，出现的镜头只有惊艳的回眸一瞥，那轻蔑的眼神不屑的看着简宁经过。这是一个悲剧的角色，出来美国却沦落为妓，而不是像大同所说的那样成为一个成功的美国人，这也是一种无奈。
片断八：
很明显我要写大结局了，最后“圣诞老人”爬水管上演惊险一幕...一家三口紧拥在一起享受团聚，导演选择用圣诞节这样的节日不仅仅是可以让许大同有一个可以伪装的形象，也是为了说明中国的团聚文化在西方的节日里也可以出现，这就涉及到了文化的广义性，及一个大同世界。
当然简宁的心理作为隐线我就不说了，这也是我无法叙述的，只可自己体会的。
在我结束这篇文章之前我还要写一点有建设性的东西。个人认为此片电影的一些名字取得确实有些想表达中心旨意的意思，看。
刮痧，就是利用刮痧器具，刮试经络穴位，通过良性刺激，充分发挥营卫之气的作用，使经络穴位处充血，改善局部微循环，起到祛除邪气，疏通经络，舒筋理气，驱风散寒，清热除湿，活血化瘀，消肿止痛，以增强机体自身潜在的抗病能力和免疫机能，从而达到扶正祛邪，防病治病的作用。 文化差异在影片中算是一种瘀病，需要刮痧才能一个经脉的两端连在一起，活血化瘀的作用，亦可以理解成祖一辈的文化受到阻隔，需要刮痧刮去隔阂才能有一个文化的传承继续下去。
另《礼记·礼运·大道之行也》大道之行也，天下为公。选贤与能，讲信修睦，故人不独亲其亲，不独子其子，使老有所终，壮有所用，幼有所长，矜寡孤独废疾者，皆有所养。男有分，女有归。货，恶其弃于地也，不必藏于己；力，恶其不出于身也，不必为己。是故，谋闭而不兴，盗窃乱贼而不作，故外户而不闭，是谓大同。这就是为什么给主人公起“大同”的原因吧------“世界大同”。

21中国人的情感与美国法律
任何观看了这部影片的中国观众无一不被大同
一家三代人之间浓浓的父子情、夫妻情和祖孙情所
感动。大同毫无顾及地顶替他父亲说是他本人给儿
子刮痧的,大同从福利院“偷”儿子到机场与即将回
国的爷爷见面以及为了在圣诞夜与家人团聚大同冒
着被逮捕的危险爬水管上九楼等都反映了中国人对
亲情的重视,中国观众感动得眼泪汪汪,但大同的这
些行为实际上都是美国法律不允许的。生活在一切
都讲求法律的美国社会里,虽然大同爱子心切,但却
拿不出证据来证明刮痧是中国的传统治疗法,无论
他怎样用语言来表达他是多么地爱自己的儿子都打
动不了法官的心,法律只需要证据。美国是一个法
制国家,法律存在于每一个角落,每一种纠纷都通过
法律途径来解决,他们看重的事实,是证据。大同最
终还是被判决与自己的儿子隔离,这一判决虽然缺
乏人情味,但是从依法办事的角度来看,法院的判决
却是正确的,只是广大中国观众绝对接受不了,情感
还是站在不守法的大同这一边。但冷静下来想想,
我们又不得不承认在这场文化较量过程中,我们看
到了美国人是如何地重视人权,他们用法律和社会
机构来约束人们的行为,特别是对未成年人的保护
是值得我们学习和借鉴的。
影片中许大同在公共场合教育儿子,叫丹尼斯
给小朋友道歉,儿子不从,大同就当着众人的面摔了
他一巴掌,这在一般中国人眼中父母管教儿女是天
经地义的事情,“子不教,父之过”。中国父母在处
理小孩之间类似打架这样的事情时都是首先教育自
己的孩子,但在美国,情况就完全不一样了,他们更
加尊重事实,大同的行为让他们觉得中国人教育孩
子的方式太粗暴,甚至还认为他有虐待倾向,这让广
大中国观众不得不为大同叫屈。中国人爱孩子是出

子女有严厉的教育观念,教育的方式多种多样,包括
训诫,体罚甚至打骂。中国父母认为打孩子是为了
孩子好,为了爱孩子,希望孩子成材,将来有出息。
美国人当然也是爱孩子的,影片中儿童福利院就是
出于对丹尼斯的关心和保护才不让被他们认为有虐
待嫌疑的父母接近孩子。在美国,父母只是子女的
监护人,不能对其有过分责骂,更不用说动手打人
了。他们认为不论男女、不论年龄大小,每一个成员
都是平等的,每一个成员都享有充分的民主和自由
权利。尤其是对于未成年孩子,他们更是通过一系
列的法律来保护未成年人的平等权利,影片中医院
里的医生一发现孩子背后的血痕就马上通知法院起
诉孩子的父亲就足以说明这一点。美国这些法律规
定对中国人来说显得有些多事,甚至不可理喻。比
如,为了保护未成年儿童的安全,美国《交通法》还
规定,体重不足40磅的儿童,必须连同儿童椅用安
全带绑在汽车后座上,违反规定,罚款400美元。这
是因为小孩太小,屁股底下没有儿童座椅很有可能
从安全带里滑下来。但中国人一般认为把孩子抱在
怀里已经很安全了,父母无疑是爱孩子的,是会保护
孩子的,大可不必用一些冷冰冰的条条框框来约束
我们的行为。
美国的法律涉及面之广是中国人难以想象的,
人们在政治、经济、教育、婚姻等方方面面受到法律
的保护,法制观念已植根于每个人的价值体系之中,
人们时时处处都会感觉到法律的存在。把孩子独自
留在家里是犯法,夫妻在家打架是犯法,这些对中国
人来说好像应该算是自家的私事,用不着外人干涉,
更与法律无关。美国人的法制观念和中国人的传统
文化很不相同,反映了不同的价值观,很难说清谁对
谁错。但《刮痧》也的确让我们深思,我们对孩子的
爱是否科学? 我们是不是也应该把打骂孩子提升到是否是对人的基本权利的侵犯和不尊重这个层面来
认识?
31中国人的面子观
在听证会上,大同的老板作为证人说出了大同
打儿子的事实,令大同非常失望和愤怒,甚至断绝了
与老板的朋友和工作上的关系。在其后的一段对话
中,大同道出了打儿子的原因。
昆兰(老板) :“我只相信事实! 你不应该打丹
尼斯! ”
许大同:“我为什么打我自己的儿子? 还不是
因为尊重你,为了给你面子! ”
昆兰:“什么乱七八糟的中国逻辑,打你孩子怎
么能是给我面子! ”
许大同:“不可理喻! ”
语言是文化的表象。这些对老板来说“乱七八
糟”的逻辑对大多数中国人来说是完全可以理解
的,大同打儿子只不过是想通过显示父亲对儿子的
威严和约束力来给对方面子,但对美国人来说,这种
“体面”的表现被异化为不体面的言行,原因何在?
这就不得不说说中国人的面子观。林语堂先生在
《脸与法治》一文中说道,“中国人的脸,不但可以
洗,可以刮,并且可以丢,可以赏,可以争,可以留,有
时好像争脸是人生的第一要义,甚至倾家荡产而为
之,也不为过。”不管一个人是富有还是贫穷,是上
等人还是下等人,面子总归是要的。鲁迅先生笔下
的阿Q虽既无财产又无地位,但一旦有人伤了他的
面子,他也会尽力去挽留与维护。当他被别人打了
时总是说“我就算被儿子打了”,虽然他得忍受肉体
上的疼痛,但在面子上却胜利了。阿Q的这种“精
神胜利法”实质上就是一个人丢了面子后为维护自
己的面子而采取的一种自我防御行为。对中国人来
说,在同等情况下贬损自己是抬高别人、尊重别人、
给别人面子的行为;而美国人则认为贬损自己是愚
蠢的行为,与尊重别人毫无关联,对于中国人的面子
观念,他们是无法理解的。在中国文化中,很注重长
幼有序,尊卑分明,这是传统的儒家思想根深蒂固的
表现;而美国文化更注重人的独立性,主张个性解
放,长幼平等,强调人与人之间的相互尊重,相互理
解。中国人的面子观与集体主义紧密相联,中国是
一个以集体主义为向导的国家,集体主义文化强调
人与人之间的和平相处,人们努力维持一种和谐的
人际关系,因而会尽量避免人际冲突,人们说话比较
委婉,使用高语境的语言。“面子”是中美文化冲突
的具体体现之一,中国有一句俗语说“人要面子,树
要皮”,还有“要面子”、“顾面子”、“丢面子”、“没面
子”等说法。中国是一个相当稳定的社会,中国人
很少有机会离开他生活的地方,一辈子都与相同的
朋友、邻居、亲戚在一起。当一个人的生活与他人相
连时,与其他成员之间保持融洽关系就变得尤为重
要。为了保持融洽,避免冲突和维护家庭、群体和组
织的完整性,人们十分在意自己与他人的面子。
中国人特别讲面子还有一个主要原因就是人们
生活在一个无形的关系网之中,而且人与人之间的
关系从根本上说就是不平等的,人们似乎也认同这
种不平等的关系。在这纵横交错的社会关系网中,
人们履行着各自的权利和义务,每个社会成员在与
他人交往过程中要符合自己的身份,不仅要维护自
己的面子,同时要尊重别人的面子,正如田玉川所
言,“在社会关系这张错综复杂的大网中,每个人都
建立了自己的一张小网。人在网中,网在人中,网网
相连,网网相依,网网相争,网网相生……”。(田玉
川: 214)中国人讲面子甚至会以牺牲个人尊严甚至
良知为代价,影片中大同为了给他老板面子而打自
己的儿子就是最好的例证。中国人讲面子可以说有
一整套学问,中国人的“面子观”对于强调个人行动
的自由和个人愿望的满足,强调以个人为中心的社
会价值的西方人来说是很难理解的。西方人也讲面
子,但他们在人与人的交往中远没有中国人这么复
杂,他们公事公办,在原则问题上很少顾及人情、面
子,甚至有些“不讲情面”、“冷若冰霜”,因此,要将

my personal favorite "101D" medium is Disney's "101 Dalmatians: the Series". It combines many themes of the existing material (Dodie Smith book, 1961 and 1996 movies). But still does its own things, too.
Our main pups include brave Lucky, who gets a strong personality mirroring his character in the book, lovable Rolly, the gourmand of the pups, and sweet little Cadpig, who is the true runt of the litter. Also there is Spot the chicken, who longs to be a dog. I find them all extremely amiable and enjoyable to watch. They are usually foiling Cruella's schemes for their land, or outwitting Lt. Pug (I'll get to him later), or sneaking into Grutely, or...just having fun, making a very likable show.

Most critics pointed out that the sinking of the Titanic represents the collapse of the Capitalism in the end of the 19th Century. However, I would like to say that, in this movie, the director had not only foreran the crisis of the Capitalism, but also showed some of the human nature, from both gloomy and brilliant aspects, like selfish, mammonish, vainglorious, and love, hope, bravery, faith, and so on. In this essay, I will first reveal this film’s indication of the social context of that age, then I will analyse the two contrary aspects of human nature indicated in this film through some impressive shots.
Under the development of instrial technology, the economy in the Capitalism countries took off. People lived a rich, luxury and expensive life, and this rapid economic development lasted for almost 20 years. People had got used to this kind of life. The huge development in machinery changed people’s life greatly. Innovations of transportation, such as vehicles and tankers, allowed people to travel around. The appearance of these modern transportations was an important milestone of the instrialization. People thus became very confident on human intellectual capabilities. They believed their power of conquering the nature is inapproachable. While the Titanic is also called “The Ship of Dreamers”, in this film, when it bearing in with the ocean in the darkness, the mysterious ocean represents the unknown nature and the ship itself represents the advanced material capabilities people owned. In a shot that Mr Bruce explains his design of the Titanic, he said “the ship possesses huge size, stability, luxury, and strength”, and that” the supremacy will never be challenged”. In fact, all these words can be thought of the symbols of the Capitalism of that time in many people’s eyes. They thought the Capitalism is just like the Titanic, which should be “unsinkable”. The wonderful way of developing economy would stay in good condition eternally. However, things do not always follow the way people wish to be. The economic recession suddenly attacked the Capitalism countries at the end of the 19th Century. Some people own strong vainglory, while some other possess much of love; still others are rich in firm faith and beliefs. It's not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leon's door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman's face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.

It is one of the greatest novels that I have ever read. The main role called Forrest Gump.Let me introce him shortly. Stupid as he is, he gains his brilliant life indeed.
At the beginning of reading this novel, I thought an idiot’s life must be more difficult than others. His life must be full of mocks. My thoughts are proved in the book. Because he is an idiot, all the people look down upon him. Most of boys don’t want to share one seat with him on bus; many bad guys throw stones to hit him; he cannot be allowed to study into primary school at first; Jenny is the only girl that he loves all his life. But she thinks Forrest Gump doesn’t understand what’s love at first ……
After finish reading this novel, I learned a lot. Sometimes I think he is not a fool but a genius. His attitude to life is even clever than ordinary people.
Firstly, he is optimistic. He doesn’t do anything wrong but the society is unfair to Forrest. I felt very sad to him. However, Forrest is as optimistic as his mother .he always remembers his mother’s words: “ stupid is someone who did stupid things.” He does not do something stupid.
Secondly, he has strong willed. Because his IQ is lower than others, he has to concentrate on one thing. So he does well on everything he works. He loves jenny from the first sight at her to her death. At last, he gets married with her and has a son; he runs for 3 years just because he likes running; he loads a gun faster than other soldiers…
Thirdly, he is ideal husband. He is a man with a sense of responsibility. He loves Jenny very much. When others hurt her, he tries his best to protect her. He can earn a lot of money and he is a famous person in America.
So he is clever than others. Maybe a lot of people say he has good lucks. But I think character is bond to person’s fate. His attitude and his efforts to life make him has a happiness results at last.
In addition, I want to say something about destiny.
Sometimes we think god gives everyone different fates. Someone has good looking while someone is born in rich family; someone is good at sports while someone is good at arts. Take Forrest for an example. He is a fool but he has talent on sports, such as running or playing pingpong.so everyone has his or her own gifts. God gives him a great mother. She is clever.
