最喜欢的两段是查理教雷蒙跳舞和电梯里的那个吻，查理和苏珊娜在与雷蒙的交往中都展现出了从未表现出的最耐心和柔软的一面。当查理和雷蒙缓慢地迈着舞步在那片小舞台上来来回回时，外面的灯红酒绿不再与他们有关，世界似乎寂静下来，雷蒙的表情仍然是笨笨的，却透着对爱的渴望，一支短短的舞就这样感动了我们。而电梯里的那个吻，我想雷蒙品尝到了潮湿的温暖，他那前一刻失落的心灵得到了慰藉，他应该感受到了爱这样的字眼。

最后一幕，雷蒙似乎强忍着泪水，踏进了火车。电影结束了，爱仍会延续下去。查理会爱着这个令他自豪的哥哥，雷蒙也将享受被爱的美好，他们都得到了自己那一杯最醇美的酒。

一、剧情简介

在影片的开场，查理·巴比特和他的伙伴就在忙碌着接听各种电话，查理经营的兰博基尼车拿不到环保署的尾气合格证，通过欺骗等方式苦苦维持着不景气的生意。尽管如此，他还是坚持要和女友去棕榈泉度假。开车去度假的途中查理得知父亲去世的消息，转而去参加父亲的葬礼。

查理因为偷开父亲的珍贵的别克车而与父亲断绝关系，多年来一直没有与父亲联系。他从律师那里得知父亲在遗嘱中将那辆别克车和父亲经营的玫瑰留给他，而将价值300万美金的其它遗产留给了一个未知的受益人。这让查理愤懑不已，他通过各种渠道打听消息，最后在知道了这份巨额遗产是留给了他从来都不知道的自己的患有自闭症的哥哥。

于是他把雷蒙从疗养院中带走，企图利用雷蒙得到他认为自己应得的150万。然而他的女友对他的这些行为以及他对他哥哥的态度十分不满，一气之下离开了查理。此时，查理的生意上出了问题，急着要赶回去，但雷蒙坚持不肯坐飞机，又在一次州际公路的交通事故中受到了刺激咐棚，使得两人只得在二级公路上开车行进。与此同时，雷蒙坚持自己固定的生活方式，给查理带来了很多麻烦，但查理也在这旅程中慢慢地发生了改变，并且知道了雷蒙就是他记忆中的那个雨人。

查理的生意彻底失败了，而且还欠下八万美金的债务。情急之下，查理发现可以利用雷蒙惊人的记忆力，带他去了赌场通过算牌的方式赢了大笔的奖金。他和哥哥的感情越来越好，他的女友也回到了他的身边。他开始为监护权与疗养院的布鲁诺医生打官司。

最终，他哥哥在心理医生的测试中被证实无法照顾自己，他败诉了。在不舍中，他与哥哥雷蒙告别。影片就在这里结束了。

二、主题分析

这是一部反映手足亲情的影片，因而影片的另一个中文译名就是《手足情未了》。雷蒙一直就是那个在默默守护着查理的雨人，rain man正是雷蒙的谐音。他因为害怕伤害查理而被送进疗养院，而这么多年来他一直保存着那张和查理的合影。他虽然不能像正常人一样去理解，但是他始终牢记着不能伤害查理，始终在心里记着查理，这就是割舍不断的手足情。而查理尽管在一开始只是把雷蒙当作名义上的哥哥，甚至企图利用雷蒙获取父亲的财产，却在七天与雷蒙的相处中逐渐感受到了这种亲情，并且在这种手足情之下，钱对于他已经变得不重要了。

影片中查理的变化是一个重要的线索。一开始他只是一个冷峻偏激，自私狭隘，暴躁冲动，唯利是图又有些玩世不恭的人。他不懂得感情，与女友在一起却没有什么话好说，与父亲断绝关系，即使听到父亲去世的消息也无动于衷。他利用各种人，包括他的女友，包括他的哥哥，为自己谋取利益。但是当他得知雷蒙就是他记忆中为他唱歌的雨人时，他的亲情真正开始回归，他本身也开始发生改变。查理开始学会去道歉，学会了真诚，学会了尊重，学会了贴心地照顾别人。他为雷蒙布置好房间，准备好食物，为他买了小电视，教他跳舞，争取他的监护权??

父亲作为影片中一个隐形的形象，也是一个重要的角色。从父亲的遗嘱中可

见父亲的良苦用心，也可以看出父亲对兄弟两人深深的爱。这么多年来父亲一直坚持去看望雷蒙，一直坚持地联系查理，他希望查理能明白一些事情，纯猜明白极品的价值。而医生布鲁诺则受父亲之托，尽心尽力地照顾着雷蒙，体现出了值得赞颂的忠诚。另外，查理的女友苏珊娜也是一个非常善良的人。甚至是被查理闯入的那个普通的家庭，他们也为了雷蒙放弃了看动画片。影片中这些人物都让整部影片展现着人性的光辉。

三、经典镜头及段落分析

镜头一：

这个镜头虽然不是特别经典，但是我认为它非常典型的展现出了兄弟两人的.形象。一个永远戴着墨镜，表情冷漠的，做简型一个永远走路摇晃者，表情呆滞的，两个人的形象这样正面出现在同一幅画面中具有很强的对比效果。

镜头二：

这一组镜头从不同的角度给出雷蒙在前面走，查理慢慢开着车跟在后面的情景。

上面一张从查理的视角给出雷蒙的背影。当我看到雷蒙那摇晃的身影的时候，就莫名地被感动了，突然让人感到雷蒙特别可怜。

而下面的一张则从一个较高的角度俯拍整个画面，一辆车跟在一个人后面缓缓地开动。这样的远景更衬托出了雷蒙的渺小，更给人强烈的视觉冲击。而雷蒙嘴里重复的还是他那永恒的垒球的问题。

镜头三：

查理得知雷蒙就是雨人的那段很经典。查理看到了雷蒙珍藏的小时候他们的照片，那里面雷蒙还是那样木讷的表情。雷蒙唱起小时候为查理唱的歌，让查理想起来记忆中的雨人，也不禁跟着唱起来，那是一个手足真情流露的时刻。而当查理放出热水时，雷蒙更是歇

斯底里的要把热水关掉，叫喊着“热水会烫伤小孩子”。所截的镜头中雷蒙一副被吓坏的模样，只是不住地咕哝着“绝对不能伤害查理·巴比特”。这一系列镜头展现出了雷蒙内心深藏着的对弟弟的爱，也是让查理转变的重要契机。

镜头四：

这是一组看似很平凡的镜头，但是我认为它们的角度很独特。影片中采用了一组由雷蒙的视角看到的画面，包括车的影子，路边的栏杆等等，其间还穿插着对雷蒙表情的特写。像右边那张图是雷蒙在数路边的栏杆，影片就是通过这些细节一步一步地刻画人物形象的，这组镜头集中表现了一个自闭症患者的形象。

镜头五：

这是查理教雷蒙跳舞的片段。镜头从他们跳舞的画面转向对拉斯维加斯夜景的拍摄，最后又回到了这间总统套房里，从窗户中透出兄弟两人跳舞的景象。漂亮的套房，圆形的阳台，落地的明窗，窗外的繁华与兄弟两人无关，此刻他们独享着这份宁静与愉悦。这是一幅非常美丽的画面，兄弟两人的感情至此又进一步。 镜头六：

毫无疑问这应该是整部影片中最经典的镜头了。当查理知道自己可能要败诉的时候，他对哥哥说的一番话都是真情的流露。而呆呆傻傻的雷蒙也把头靠向了查理，似乎能听得懂查理在说什么。影片中这个镜头持续的时间长达一分钟，缓慢地拉近。这样一个定格给人带来强烈的感情冲击，

让人不禁为兄弟真情所打动。

四、演员表演分析

霍夫曼凭借在影片中对雷蒙这个形象的出色演绎获得了奥斯卡最佳男主角奖，他以其出色的演技赢得了大家的一致认可。霍夫曼在影片中饰演自闭症患者雷蒙，据说为此他专门与一个自闭症患者一起生活了一年。从站立，到走路，到说话，到表情等等各个方面他都表现得淋漓尽致。他的眼神永远都

那么传神，貌似空洞却又让人觉得深邃，让人难以琢磨这个表象下有着怎样的内心世界。雷蒙必定有着丰富的内心世界，他只是不知道如何去表达自己，不知道如何去理解别人说的话。

雷蒙这个形象不仅在行为和神态上十分生动，其语言也十分具有特色。影片中雷蒙不断地重复谁在一垒谁在二垒的那个小时候父亲给他的笑话书上的笑话，并且把它当作一个问题在反复思考，他不断地使用definitely和yeah这两个词，使得这些语言成了具有代表性的语言，也是雷蒙精神状态的一个反映。当他听到查理那番真情的表露之后，他似乎听懂了什么，他在念叨着查理名字的拼写“C-H-A-R-L-I-E”，“rain man”，此刻查理已经成为了他的雨人。

而影片的另外一个男主人公查理也十分具有表现力。在他与苏珊娜谈到他的父亲的时候，他的声音非常冷漠，表情也很木然，充分表现出了查理冷峻自私的形象特点。而他在听律师读父亲的遗嘱时，表现除了异常的激动，他的语速加快，

脸上渗出汗来，甚至说出了“如果有地狱的话，我父亲正在下面”这种话来。影

片给了一组查理当时表情的特写，克鲁斯非常传神地表达除了查理当时的情绪，失望、愤怒、自嘲等多种复杂的感情交织在一起。

在带着雷蒙旅行的途中，雷蒙不断地给他带来各种发烦。查理也有过发泄，他会把车子停下来走到路中央大喊大叫，在路边狂提尘土，一个人疯狂地对着天空大喊“Son of a

bitch”??这些行为表现出了查理内心的痛苦与纠结，这也是查理转变的过程。与此同时，查理的语言和神态也变得越来越柔和，行为举止越来越有了绅士风度。演员正是通过这些方面的细微变化展现出了主人公内心的变化，推动着故事情节的发展。

在最后雷蒙接受指派来的心理医生认定的时候，查理已经完全不在乎金钱等利益，真心地关心着雷蒙。他非常温柔耐心地告诉雷蒙把东西放下来，阻止医生对雷蒙的反复盘问??他真诚地回答医生的问题，没有为了能赢得诉讼而编造
