《127小时》(英语：127 Hours)，2010年美国惊险片，由英国导演丹尼·鲍伊执导，改编自羡带美国登山家艾伦·洛斯顿的自传《在岩石与险境间》，于2010年9月在多伦多电影节上举行全球首映，并在2010年11月5日登陆北美各大院线公映。电影以艾伦·洛斯顿2003年在犹他州攀登大峡谷时发生意外，其右手前臂被巨石压住而动弹不得，在经过127个小时的不懈努力，成功拯救自己的这一真实故事为题材。影片最后特别将艾伦·洛斯顿(Aron Ralston)全家福(太太Jessic和儿子Leo)搬到银幕前，令观众为之动容。

2003年5月美国登山爱好者阿伦·拉斯顿在犹他州一座峡谷攀岩时，因右臂被石头压住被困5天5夜，为了逃生，他强忍剧痛，花了一个多小时的时间，先后将桡骨和尺骨折断，用自己的运动短裤当作临时止血带，然后用小刀从肘部将右前臂硬生生切断。从岩石下脱身后，为了与失血抢时间，他以超人的毅力爬过狭窄和风力强劲的峡谷，缘绳下到60英尺深的谷底，再步行5英里后与营救人员相遇，终于成功生还。

昨天有机会观看了《127小时》，这部影片故事情节很简单，可是里面所呈现出来的对人心灵的震撼却是持久和有力的。人的一生会有许多时候变得很脆弱。可是，看了《127小时》后，任何的挫折与困难都不会使你放弃的理由，也没有必要羡慕那些现在领先的人，只要自己也在坚持，从不放弃，迟早有一天成功会属于你。
片中真正让我感动的，是主人公在生命攸关之际，能始终保持清醒，勇敢选择命运，勇敢坚持乐观的精神，以及他对生命的尊重。乐观自信热爱生命，不抛弃不放弃这两个很重要的生命信条，在本片中得到了淋漓尽致的体现。
在这127个小时里，他经历了垂死挣扎，他有足够的时间可以回顾过往的一生，他发现了自己漠视的，最重要的却从来没有去珍惜的东西。最终他付出了一只手臂，收获了这一生中最大的馈赠——他将更好地活着，更懂得生命中最重要的是什么，更能够为别人着想，懂得珍惜并且活得更精彩。可以说这是一次生命的洗礼!
