But before I get ahead of myself I have to admit I never watched even a single episode growing up. I had just hit high school and I wasnt interested. So there wasnt any real baggage involved either side of the coin.
Yet there I sat in the first public screening anywhere on the planet (June 12th in Sydney, Australia, with Michael Bay introcing it) and it just overwhelmed me and everyone else! There was never a ll moment, the script flowed easily, the acting was first-rate and the seamlessneof the CGI and live action was taken to another level.
Its going to be the hit of the summer and was better than any of the big third installment trilogies I have just also seen. And I love each of those franchises.
Congratulations on a movie that not only met expectations but exceeded them.

However,the story of the movie feels very scattered and throughout I felt like they were trying to fit too much in one hour and a half. I still enjoyed it nevertheless!

Its not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leons door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portmans face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.

This film is based on a true story . That happened in Japan in 1935.So I was moved by the spirit of Hachi!
No one has the ability to show his love to only one person ring his whole life, let alone make friends with only one person; have the food that never changes year by year; do the same damn thing without complaining and consciousness of exhaustion.
We can’t! However, what we could learn from Hachi is that we should never forget the one we once loved.
In fact , some research and statistics prove that pets are more sensitive in human’s diseases than we do. Hachi fetched that ball because he knew that his master would die because of his heart disease. It’s his only way to hold him back .
Hachi has been waiting in the weeds, waiting for his only fellow to walk him home. His hope has been floating in the breeze, carrying his loneliness and misery all above the ground. Maybe professor knows, but he could never come back.

It is a simple film, yet it has an everlasting message. Frank Darabont didn't need to put any kind of outlandish special effects to get us to love this film, the narration and the acting does that for him.
Why this movie didn't win all seven Oscars is beyond me, but don't let that sway you to not see this film, let its ranking on the IMDb's top 250 list sway you, let your friends recommendation about the movie sway you.
Set aside a little over two hours tonight and rent this movie. You will finally understand what everyone is talking about and you will understand why this is my all time favorite movie.

At first, there were more than 100 people. After a battle with the enemy, more than half of them died, and only 47 people were alive. There were few people and many dangers. Company commander Gu Zidi led 47 people into a more cruel battle. They bombed the enemys battle tanks with cannons and grenades, and the guns shook the earth. Smoke billowed everywhere, and the ground was full of victims. The scene was very tragic. The land and river were red with blood. That is the blood of martyrs!
