苹果的历史

苹果在中国的栽培记录可以追溯至西汉时期，汉武帝时，上林苑中曾栽培林檎和柰，当时多用于熏香衣裳等，亦有置于床头当香熏或置于衣服，最初作为香囊，较少食用。但也有看法认为，林檎和沙果，曾被误认为苹果，真正意义上的苹果是元朝时期从中亚地区传入中国，当时只有在宫廷才可享用。
‘贰’ 苹果的剧情介绍，及人物心理的变化
《苹果》是一部现代都市题材的黑色幽默影片，故事讲述一次偶然发生且充满争议的“强奸/通奸”事件，导致梁家辉和妻子金燕玲以及范冰冰和丈夫佟大为两个贫富家庭之间爆发了一连串离奇诡异的矛盾冲突和感情错位的戏剧性故事。
刘苹果（范冰冰饰）和她的老公安坤（佟大为饰）都是从外地到北京的打工一族，女的在一家沐足馆当“洗脚妹”，男的则是一个高空作业的洗窗工人：一份日薪较高的职业。
不料，一次，沐足馆老板林东（梁家辉饰）趁苹果喝醉酒竟将她强奸了，而这情形恰巧被正在洗抹窗子的安坤瞧个正着，于是要讨个价，赔其损失。
怎料，林东妻子（金燕玲饰）因为其不育而被老公冷落却主动要与安坤发生性关系，理由是要让自己老公也戴绿帽，让安坤进行报复。
《苹果》片名原为《迷失北京》，但审片委员会认为北京是一个有政治意味的词，不能用。片中有一个配角的戏，是一个从农村来城市打工的小女孩，后来做了妓女，这条线被整个拿掉。审片委员会认为一个乡下的女孩，应该很正直，怎么能堕落呢？戏里有一段是她喝醉了，说：“北京这么大，怎么就容不下我？”这句话都让他们觉得不是很舒服。
原来的主要人物是四个：洗脚妹苹果、擦玻璃的佟大为、洗脚城老板梁家辉、老板娘金铃，金铃的戏被删得差不多没了。人物关系变了，原来的那些辅线都没有了，只剩范冰冰、佟大为和梁家辉他们三个人间的关系。很多辅线的人物，他其实对丰富和衬托主要角色是有很重要的作用的，现在人物关系就弱了很多。
李玉：接受这个结果，不是困难，是痛！没有办法，我只能坚持到现在，要不就别在中国做电影了。我要接受这种挑战和伤痛。我只能这样安慰自己-故事还在，我的观点还在，如果能在国内上映，我还是希望能看到国内观众的反应。
我拿到第一审的意见时上就哭了。当时想，要不我就做地下导演吧，或者我就这样出去，禁五年就五年，我还可以做点其他的事情。但是，唉，国家就像父母，这是无奈的现实。而且还有很多客观条件，制片人的回收什么的，我考虑了很久，觉得那就做牺牲吧。最后一共改了五十多处。
中国年轻导演都面对问题。投资的时候找不到资金，拍摄之后面对审查，审查之后就是市场。再优秀的导演都要面对，你看像贾樟柯，可能也就是吸引资金的那一步容易一点。这是现在中国的整个电影环境。

此次的《苹果》更是聚集了两岸三地以及日本的全明星阵容合作。谈到请梁家辉出演片中的洗脚城老板林东，李玉解释:“我在写林老板的时候，就觉得是家辉。我需要的是演员的生活经历而不是表演经历，家辉本身就是一个生活经历非常丰富的人，积聚了独特的个人魅力，我相信他不仅能胜任这个角色，还会带给观众很多惊喜。”

入围第57届柏林电影节竞赛单元的《苹果》，在送审过程中好事多磨，修改后第五次送审顺利通过审查。据透露，这个版本已经在导演李玉最先完成的版本基础上删减了二十多分钟。
《苹果》被删减的部分：梁家辉召妓的场面；暗示佟大为与金铃发生性关系的场面；配角打工的“小妹”变为妓女，后来被嫖客杀死的整条线索；影片中引用的旧北京纪录片和天安门升国旗的部分；北京居民楼内地面上的污水镜头。
范冰冰为改变以往印象，此次刻意扮丑，不仅在脸上点了很多雀斑，更在鼻翼附近增加了一颗非常显眼的痦子。
佟大为扮演“蜘蛛人”。为了演好这个角色，他克服了高空恐惧，慢慢从3层、5层到10层、20层，最后终于能够从北京昆泰大厦的楼顶上顺绳而下，来去自如。
梁家辉希望借此角色冲击2008年香港金像奖，“虽然我不缺奖杯，但实在是这个角色太有意思了，不冲击奖项有些可惜。”
范冰冰将出演洗脚城员工“刘苹果”。导演李玉说，范冰冰早已到洗脚城体验生活，最近一段时间，不但和洗脚妹工作在一起，每天早上还和大家一起唱《洗脚城之歌》。
日本演员三宅尚子这次在影片中出演一个北京女孩。小巧安静的她在出场做自我介绍时，用非常标准的中文说了一句“我喜欢吃北京烤鸭”。
