1，2005年，周揚與陳寶國、尤勇、李光潔聯袂主演了歷史傳奇劇《越王勾踐》，並在劇中飾演了中國古代四大美女之一的西施；同年，周揚還出演了現代劇《老城》。

2，2007年，周揚先是與陳寶國、謝鋼、周里京合作出演了根據老舍先生同名小說改編的電視劇《茶館》；隨後，周揚又與焦恩俊、劉曉慶、林湘萍共同主演的古裝神話劇《寶蓮燈前傳》。

3，2009年，周揚與賈一平、張光北、馬伊琍聯袂主演了年代商戰劇《經緯天地》，並在劇中飾演了為愛而生的盛雲緯。

電影簡介：
《守護者聯盟》 是由彼得·拉姆齊執導，威廉·喬西和大衛·林賽-阿貝爾擔任編劇，克里斯·派恩，休·傑克曼和裘德·洛聯袂獻聲配音，影片於2012年11月21日在美國上映。
影片根據插畫家威廉·喬西創作的《童年的守護者》系列繪本改編，講述的是為了保護廣大兒童的信仰、希望與夢想，聖誕老人諾斯（亞歷克·鮑德溫）聯合復活節邦尼兔（休·傑克曼）、牙仙（艾拉·菲舍爾）、睡神沙人以及擁有未知超能力的冰王子傑克（克里斯·派恩），組建起「守護者聯盟」，共同對抗邪惡夢魘（裘德·洛）的攻擊。
