劇情簡介
四位人到中年的「大叔」道格·瑪德森(蒂姆·艾倫)、伍迪·斯蒂文斯(約翰·特拉沃爾塔)、波比·戴維斯(馬丁·勞倫斯)和杜德雷·弗蘭克(威廉·H·梅西)在最近似乎都面臨著各種危機。而且有著很大的相似性——工作上時常遇到各種困難和尷尬，家庭中更是由於溝通的不善而經常被誤解。疑似神經衰弱的四個大佬一天突發奇想，決定穿上皮衣、圍上頭巾、騎上排量超大的「哈雷」摩托車上路，前往新墨西哥州的廣闊戈壁遊玩觀光，好能讓自己重新找回對生活的熱情。然而一直循規蹈矩的他們從沒駕駛過摩托車，在學了幾天之後四位大叔開著鐵馬上路歷險，一路上狀況百出，遇到美女勇於追求，遇到對手勇於對抗，在磕磕碰碰的逍遙游中，四人開始走出生活的壓力，在看清自己的同時更重新找到了對生活的熱情……
