得知在四面環海、
風景如畫的阿倫黛爾王國，
生活著兩位可愛美麗的小公主，艾莎和安娜。
一對姐妹住在城堡里，姐姐叫艾莎，妹妹叫安娜。在她們很
小的時候，
艾莎公主和安娜公主在大廳里玩堆雪人，
因為艾莎公
主天生具有製造冰雪的能力，
所以在這一次的玩耍中，
由於艾莎
公主摔了一跤，
未能及時的施出魔法，
把妹妹安娜公主摔了一跤，
傷了頭部，
國王和王後去精靈部落求救自己的女兒，
在精靈部落
的救助下，妹妹安娜公主慢慢的好了起來，為此國王緊閉宮門，
隨著艾莎公主年齡的增長，
她的能力越來越強，
甚至險些奪走妹
妹的生命，
也中斷了兩姐妹的聯系。
