艾莎逃離了地牢，並在暴雪中踏上了冰封的峽灣。雪寶找到了安娜並告訴她其實克斯托夫是愛著她的。兩人也踏上冰封的峽灣去尋找克斯托夫。漢斯找到了艾莎並告訴她妹妹因她而死，因艾莎的絕望，風暴暫時停下，使的克斯托夫與安娜能有接觸的機會，然而當安娜發現漢斯即將殺害艾莎時，撲身到了漢斯與艾莎之間並在那刻凍結成冰，擋住了漢斯的致命一擊。
