創作背景：
打倒男孩主唱帕特里克·斯特普受到了前蘇聯作曲家肖斯塔科維奇的啟發。當欣賞肖斯塔科維奇的《第7號交響曲·第四部分》時，帕特里克·斯特普的思維被打開，於是斯特普准備創作該首歌曲。
歌曲對肖斯塔科維奇1941年發行的作品《Allegro Non Troppo》 進行了采樣；歌曲中的管弦樂片段對德國嘻哈藝人彼得·福克斯2008年發行的作品《Alles Neu》進行的采樣。歌詞的靈感源自馬特·狄龍執導的電影《大河邊緣》。
