I think the most important is the story of a great father, use your own words and deeds to teach children how to distinguish the good and evil. At the same time it alsofrom the children's point of view to tell us how people grow to mature, tells us that we should choose what kind of value orientation in the growth, should do a what kind of person, how to face the life of right and wrong, should insist on what kind of lifecriterion. This is really a good film, a very deep, very has the sense of social responsibility of the film, can teach us a lot of things.
The first father, Atticus's wife died early, he had to do his work, but also bear the responsibility of ecation in two children. 這部電影拍攝的年代比我的出生早了將近二十年，我是從某個排行榜上面找到它的，然後下載回來欣賞。看後感慨良多。這部片子給我們傳達一個什麼樣的精神呢？我想最重要的是講述了一個偉大的父親，用自己的言行去教會孩子們怎樣辨別社會上的真善美和假惡丑。同時它也從孩子們的角度告訴了我們人是怎樣成長怎樣成熟起來的，告訴了我們在成長中應該選擇什麼樣的價值取向，應該做一個什麼樣的人，應該怎樣面對生活中的是是非非，應該堅持什麼樣的生活准則。這的確是一部好片子，一部很有深度、很有社會責任感的片子，可以教會我們很多東西。
首先父親阿提克斯的妻子早亡，他既要做自己的工作，還要承擔教育兩個孩子的責任。孩子們小的時候不太理解爸爸，但他們能夠感到別人對他爸爸的尊重。他很少責備孩子們，但總是能給他們講解做人的道理。在梅崗鎮，他是一名律師，因為給一名黑人辯護，說了一些在現在看來很正常的話，但在當時卻是需要很大的勇氣，承擔很大的壓力的。為此，他受到了一些人的打擊，甚至自己的孩子受到襲擊。但是與此同時他贏得了黑人和大部分白人的尊重。如電影中的一句台詞所言，「生活中總會有人會願意做一些別人不願意做的事情，你爸爸就是其中之一！」

布萊利這個人在劇中出現不多，但卻濃墨重彩。為什麼呢？因為他是一種象徵，他是孩子們小時候心中的一個謎。最初孩子們聽到了關於布萊利的很多傳說，覺得他是一個很奇怪、也很危險的人。這個謎一直藏著，直到劇情末尾才揭開謎底，原來人們的傳言並不一定是真的。布萊利其實是一個很可愛和善良的人。
