《刮痧》：在美國做的一場春夢
看完《刮痧》出來，我們都流下了熱淚。但我納悶我為什麼並不喜歡這部電影。後來我看《天國情書》也流下了熱淚，就明白，電影讓人流淚也許挺困難，但讓人說好就更困難了。（《天國情書》在我看來就是一部宣傳不要歧視麻瘋病人的片子，導演拍過很好的電影，動機也很好，但這部電影簡直可以說太差。這些話與《刮痧》無關，只是順嘴說說，所以放在括弧裡面。
其實，回過頭細想《刮痧》，它讓人流淚的部分盡管不算好，但在整個電影里仍然是最好的部分。對，我是說這部電影不好，這是我的評價。
一、差的地方
先說感覺最不好的地方。鄭曉龍在廣州的首映式被某記者問道"拍全英文對白國產片有媚外嫌疑"，他氣壞了。我很理解他。《刮痧》給我的總體感覺倒不是媚外，反而有點兒中國說"NO"的氣味在里頭，那位記者真不知怎麼看的電影。《刮痧》一開頭，許大同（梁家輝飾）站在領獎台上激動地說"我的美國夢"雲雲，我就已經明白這是個批判美國夢的電影。如果說有什麼嫌疑的話，我倒懷疑導演是不是有點兒"仇外"。當然鄭曉龍說了，他想拍東西方文化的溝通有多難。可他表達得多少有點兒困難。
導演像搜集證據似的用一大堆情節來證明東西方文化溝通有多困難：
例一：孩子在和老闆的兒子打架，許大同要孩子向老闆的兒子道歉。孩子不幹，許就打了他一下，老闆認為在美國是不允許打孩子的，即使是孩子的父母。但許卻認為"管教孩子天經地義，並且是給你面子"，氣得老闆大叫"這是什麼亂七八糟的中國邏輯"。
例二：孫悟空在中國是神話英雄，但那位美國律師說，這只猴子根本沒有道德觀念和價值觀念。"別人種了九千年的桃子，他不跟主人打一聲招呼摘來便吃，當人家制止時，他不但不聽勸阻，而且還大打出手毀了人家的桃園。別人辛辛苦苦煉好的丹丸，他拿來就吃，還把主人打得頭破血流--像這樣一個野蠻頑劣的猴子，竟然被許大同在電子游戲里描繪成英雄。"
例三：妻子簡寧生孩子時情況危險，醫院要求許大同選擇保大人或小孩。許大同要求保妻子，因為"留得青山在，不怕沒柴燒"。而接生的護士認為這種選擇"野蠻"，是不尊重孩子的生存權利；
例四：爺爺用中國流傳兩千多年的刮痧療法為孫子治病，卻被美國人認為是父親虐待兒童，兒子被放在兒童福利院監護起來，父子不得相見。
……
有了這么多證據，似乎可以馬上判決：「東西方文化溝通極其困難。」不過，判決之前我還是想求證一下這些證據的有效性。第一個例子，我想如果許大同認同文明世界的話，應該已經認清「不要打孩子」這個道理了。關於為了面子打孩子的問題，不知是不是中國特產，如果是也是個很惡心的特產。好像魯迅早就說過，不要打孩子。中國發生的打孩子的丑聞倒是蠻多的，但這只能說明我們與文明的距離，而不是與西方的距離。所以這個例子是文明與不文明之間溝通的困難，不是東西方溝通的困難，不成立。
第二、三個例子，電影自己已經證明這兩個證據的無效。律師那樣說純屬為了打贏官司而採取的故意激怒許大同的策略，連他自己都明白自己是有意曲解，許大同可能會因此認為存在溝通問題，但我們不會；護士的說法也很輕巧的被同是美國人的律師（許大同請的律師）一句話駁倒了（如果選擇小孩，是不是可以被認為是不尊重母親的生存權利呢）。
只有第四個例子是最扎實的，刮痧，這也是這個電影存在的原因。我看這部電影之前本來也以為整個電影會在"刮痧"上面爭來爭去。可是沒想到在電影里，這個問題卻是很輕松地就解決了。先是許大同夫婦認為在"刮痧"問題上無法與老美溝通，於是在辯護時避開談"刮痧"，而大談自己對孩子的愛。看電影的時候，我一直預期會出現激烈辯論"刮痧"的場面，結果這個問題一直被迴避了，最後反倒是那位美國老闆自己跑去一位中醫那裡颳了一回痧，然後把背給兒童福利局的人看，問題就這樣很輕松的解決了。
到底還是沒有證明東西方文化的溝通有多麼難。
很多中國人都愛談"東西方文化的溝通有多麼難"這個話題，不過我還真沒有發現誰談好了。所以我一直懷疑所謂的"東西方文化交流困難"可能是個偽命題。構成兩個人種無法溝通的真正問題恐怕不是什麼東不東西不西，而是文明不文明（或者說人性不人性）的問題。兩種文化的差異可能被有意無意的誇大了，尤其當一方處於弱勢時，他往往會非常敏感以至多疑，就好像林妹妹遇上賈寶玉，後者一句無心言語，前者卻要思量不已。具體在兩個人的關繫上還好說一些，總不妨礙林妹妹愛賈賈寶玉。而牽扯上家國情懷民族自尊，問題就會嚴重到無法溝通的地步，乾脆說起「不」來了。
整個電影一直被這種矛盾所糾纏，想探討文化差異，卻不願進行自我反省，而一味地沉浸在不被理解的情緒中難以自拔。對照一下大島渚的《戰場上的聖誕節》（又譯《俘虜》），《刮痧》對文化差異的探討顯得非常膚淺，落到實處的差異只是技術層面的"刮痧"療法，至於其背後的文化內涵則一略而過，電影的重心其實根本不在"刮痧"上，朱旭演的老父親看來可以是個很好的闡釋東方底蘊的角色，然而幾乎成了跑龍套的，除了在前面給孫子刮痧惹下大禍，對情節的推動再無什麼作為，所有有關他的情節都顯得多餘，明顯拉緩了電影的進度之後又匆匆離開。電影在最後只是對"刮痧"簡單地名詞解釋了一番就算了事，使我甚至懷疑導演真正的興趣不在他所一再標榜的"文化差異"上，所謂的探討"文化差異"只是一個幌子，一個賣點而已。
二、好的地方
我不知道是不是無心插柳的結果，《刮痧》里最好的部分恰恰是導演沒有探討什麼文化差異的時候。整部電影里，當導演忘了研究"文化比較"時，才顯得自如流暢起來。許大同偷了兒子引來警車追逐那場戲是電影最好的部分，好萊塢警匪片里慣常出現的追車場面被借用過來，變成了一個父親貢獻給親愛的兒子的一次難得的游戲。對抗情緒在這里變成了溫和的揶揄，警與"匪"出現了難得的和諧，孩子最後在追車游戲中睡去，整個情節顯得溫馨從容。
當許大同忘了他的傳統，而只需要表現出他的愛時，他才變得可愛和近情理起來。父親不得不在聽證會上證明自己對兒子的愛的情節設置耐人尋味。愛只可以感受，怎能舉證證明？許大同夫婦准備證詞時的焦慮，以及他後來做的演講都真切感人，這一點兒值得誇贊編劇。
最具煽情力量的自然要算結尾許大同爬樓了。它可以是一個好萊塢故事的最佳結局。皆大歡喜，場面感人，既要讓人流下熱淚，還要讓人心滿意足。當然是個大俗套，但對於一部商業片來說，俗套不是缺點。
三、打分
要我給《刮痧》打分，三顆星（滿分五顆）吧。本來我想只打兩顆星，導演似乎要很嚴肅地探討文化沖突的問題，但是他的探討未免太一廂情願了。令我加上一顆星是因為我感到一顆新星冉冉升起，鄭曉龍第一次拍電影就顯得很圓滑老到，照這樣子拍下去，又一個馮小剛就茁壯成長起來了。而且與馮小剛相比，鄭曉龍要更擅於模仿好萊塢。他擅長煽情，而且他不再靠貧嘴來製造幽默感（貧嘴的幽默已經走到盡頭了）。
總的來說我的感覺是：《刮痧》在探討文化差異尋求東西溝通方面所做的事情，好像是阿Q把美國當成了土谷祠，在那裡做起春夢來。

2009年3月11日晚慕名觀看了鄭曉龍導演的《刮痧》。或許先前是在CCTV-6看過此片的影評，所以並沒有像小穎同學那樣感動的從頭哭到尾，不過不可否認這是一部成功的電影。
眾大家皆言這是一部反映中美文化差異的電影，我卻更傾向於將它理解為一部將中國文化、道德觀和價值觀傳承的作品。片中大同在功成名就之時將久居北京的知識分子老爹接至美國並准備為其申請綠卡，其間對美國的「聾啞」生活和升華的刮痧事件最終讓老人離開聖路易斯，還有裡面一些細節是反映兩國文化的巨大差異的，但我認為這不是主線。從一開始簡寧意欲為丹丹營造一個英語環境到片尾與大同一起教丹丹說普通話，這條草蛇灰線般一直潛伏的簡寧的心理變化，我認為它才能表現出這部電影的主旨。
先截取影片中的一些片斷來看這部電影吧。（以下並不全為支持我的觀點,僅是我對一些片斷的看法）
片斷一：
來看看許大同先生的獲獎感言：「八年前我還是一個新移民，站在街頭賣畫為生，不過我相信，只要努力，總有一天會成為你們中的一員，一個真正的、成功的美國人。今天，這個獎證明了，美國是個充滿機會的地方......我愛你們，我愛美國，這就是我的美國之夢...」這是一段真實的陳述，但這般的喜悅之下隱逸著的危機將在後面出現，這個真正的美國人卻不是已經完全美國化，這是先將故事提到一定的高度，隨著事件的發展再狠狠地砸下……
片斷二：
不得不說的是大同晚宴上對丹尼斯的教育，這點上，大同完全體現出來的是一個中國式父親，關掉電游，拍打丹尼斯腦袋，這一系列的動作正是我們在中國這大環境下所常看到的。我想作為美國人的昆蘭產生疑惑不解是很正常的，這一點被拿來作為文化差異的佐證。
片斷三：
老霍的出現到老霍的結束總共只出現了三件事：工作，生活，死亡。在晚宴上扮演兵馬俑說明老霍窮困潦倒，工作不穩定，經濟來源就是接一下這樣的活；生活中的消遣就是賭場賭博，賭博的規則是淺顯易懂的，這說明老霍的生活也就大眾的，淺層的，是未能融入美國社會中的。賺著微薄的工資，在賭場中揮霍，最後死於心臟病。老霍的出現到結束也就是給老爹的回國預留伏筆，在老爹心裡已經不能承受客死他鄉的沉痛。
片斷四：
大同在聽證會上的震怒應該給很多人驚訝，在法官面前怎麼可意氣用事？但是想一想，當一個潑皮般的人在你面前搬弄是非詆毀祖國的文化，你會怎麼樣？拍案而起，怒發沖冠...這個不是文化的差異，但是似乎不得不說，因為這段涉及了對文化的解讀。
片斷五：
對老霍墓碑的獨白，是對文化差異的總結，從此以後再沒有寫文化差異的片斷，這段給我很深的感觸，呼應前篇。對大同的一番話「你想逃跑嗎？......生活就是這樣，什麼事情都可能發生，你躲是躲不開的....」這便又是中國思想的衍生，這是老父親對兒子的教育，又是一次傳承。
片斷六：
開車回福利院，途中警察圍追堵截，而大同平穩駛車，「從容地」在逃亡中享受父子團聚的片刻快樂，這段便是本片中歡快的一段。注意到在孩子睡著後大同的表情了么？大同欣慰的微笑變成了緊皺的眉頭，這是大同的無奈，是只能在孩子背後流露出的無奈。
片斷七：
大同的生活出租屋裡一片狼藉。一個破碎的家庭，不是因為自己而是因為制度，這可笑的原因正是讓大同無奈的原因，生活失去了方向。簡寧與其一起飲酒，嘲諷自己也是出於同樣的原因，最後大同悲痛的說「不許這樣說」，這是對美國生活的吶喊。
一個很想說的人物----簡寧進門前的那個妓女，出現的鏡頭只有驚艷的回眸一瞥，那輕蔑的眼神不屑的看著簡寧經過。這是一個悲劇的角色，出來美國卻淪落為妓，而不是像大同所說的那樣成為一個成功的美國人，這也是一種無奈。
片斷八：
很明顯我要寫大結局了，最後「聖誕老人」爬水管上演驚險一幕...一家三口緊擁在一起享受團聚，導演選擇用聖誕節這樣的節日不僅僅是可以讓許大同有一個可以偽裝的形象，也是為了說明中國的團聚文化在西方的節日里也可以出現，這就涉及到了文化的廣義性，及一個大同世界。
當然簡寧的心理作為隱線我就不說了，這也是我無法敘述的，只可自己體會的。
在我結束這篇文章之前我還要寫一點有建設性的東西。個人認為此片電影的一些名字取得確實有些想表達中心旨意的意思，看。
刮痧，就是利用刮痧器具，刮試經絡穴位，通過良性刺激，充分發揮營衛之氣的作用，使經絡穴位處充血，改善局部微循環，起到祛除邪氣，疏通經絡，舒筋理氣，驅風散寒，清熱除濕，活血化瘀，消腫止痛，以增強機體自身潛在的抗病能力和免疫機能，從而達到扶正祛邪，防病治病的作用。 文化差異在影片中算是一種瘀病，需要刮痧才能一個經脈的兩端連在一起，活血化瘀的作用，亦可以理解成祖一輩的文化受到阻隔，需要刮痧颳去隔閡才能有一個文化的傳承繼續下去。
另《禮記·禮運·大道之行也》大道之行也，天下為公。選賢與能，講信修睦，故人不獨親其親，不獨子其子，使老有所終，壯有所用，幼有所長，矜寡孤獨廢疾者，皆有所養。男有分，女有歸。貨，惡其棄於地也，不必藏於己；力，惡其不出於身也，不必為己。是故，謀閉而不興，盜竊亂賊而不作，故外戶而不閉，是謂大同。這就是為什麼給主人公起「大同」的原因吧------「世界大同」。

刮痧這個在中國極為平常的傳統治療法,在美
國卻引起了那麼大的沖突與災難, 因為「說不清
楚」,丹尼斯身上留下的刮痕自然被作為大同一家
虐待兒童的證據,無論大同用英文和時兒夾雜著中
文怎麼解釋都無法讓美國人明白刮痧是什麼。筆者
認為與其說影片《刮痧》講述的是許大同這個中國
家庭在美國的遭遇,不如說是中國傳統文化在美國
因為不被理解和認同所處的尷尬和無奈的境地。影
片中法官要求大同「找一個官方醫生,用簡練的、一
個老法官能看懂的英文來說明刮痧」,但正如大同

證。」在法庭上,當許大同試圖解釋「刮痧」時,他不
得不使用中文「丹田」、「七經八脈」等術語,因為美

21中國人的情感與美國法律
任何觀看了這部影片的中國觀眾無一不被大同
一家三代人之間濃濃的父子情、夫妻情和祖孫情所
感動。大同毫無顧及地頂替他父親說是他本人給兒
子刮痧的,大同從福利院「偷」兒子到機場與即將回
國的爺爺見面以及為了在聖誕夜與家人團聚大同冒
著被逮捕的危險爬水管上九樓等都反映了中國人對
親情的重視,中國觀眾感動得眼淚汪汪,但大同的這
些行為實際上都是美國法律不允許的。生活在一切
都講求法律的美國社會里,雖然大同愛子心切,但卻
拿不出證據來證明刮痧是中國的傳統治療法,無論
他怎樣用語言來表達他是多麼地愛自己的兒子都打
動不了法官的心,法律只需要證據。美國是一個法
制國家,法律存在於每一個角落,每一種糾紛都通過
法律途徑來解決,他們看重的事實,是證據。大同最
終還是被判決與自己的兒子隔離,這一判決雖然缺
乏人情味,但是從依法辦事的角度來看,法院的判決
卻是正確的,只是廣大中國觀眾絕對接受不了,情感
還是站在不守法的大同這一邊。但冷靜下來想想,
我們又不得不承認在這場文化較量過程中,我們看
到了美國人是如何地重視人權,他們用法律和社會
機構來約束人們的行為,特別是對未成年人的保護
是值得我們學習和借鑒的。
影片中許大同在公共場合教育兒子,叫丹尼斯
給小朋友道歉,兒子不從,大同就當著眾人的面摔了
他一巴掌,這在一般中國人眼中父母管教兒女是天
經地義的事情,「子不教,父之過」。中國父母在處
理小孩之間類似打架這樣的事情時都是首先教育自
己的孩子,但在美國,情況就完全不一樣了,他們更
加尊重事實,大同的行為讓他們覺得中國人教育孩
子的方式太粗暴,甚至還認為他有虐待傾向,這讓廣
大中國觀眾不得不為大同叫屈。中國人愛孩子是出
了名的,而且很多家庭對獨生子可以說是溺愛。在
中國人的傳統觀念中,兒女的生命是父母給予的,不
管用什麼方式管教孩子他人無權干涉。中國父母對
子女有嚴厲的教育觀念,教育的方式多種多樣,包括
訓誡,體罰甚至打罵。中國父母認為打孩子是為了
孩子好,為了愛孩子,希望孩子成材,將來有出息。
美國人當然也是愛孩子的,影片中兒童福利院就是
出於對丹尼斯的關心和保護才不讓被他們認為有虐
待嫌疑的父母接近孩子。在美國,父母只是子女的
監護人,不能對其有過分責罵,更不用說動手打人
了。他們認為不論男女、不論年齡大小,每一個成員
都是平等的,每一個成員都享有充分的民主和自由
權利。尤其是對於未成年孩子,他們更是通過一系
列的法律來保護未成年人的平等權利,影片中醫院
里的醫生一發現孩子背後的血痕就馬上通知法院起
訴孩子的父親就足以說明這一點。美國這些法律規
定對中國人來說顯得有些多事,甚至不可理喻。比
如,為了保護未成年兒童的安全,美國《交通法》還
規定,體重不足40磅的兒童,必須連同兒童椅用安
全帶綁在汽車後座上,違反規定,罰款400美元。這
是因為小孩太小,屁股底下沒有兒童座椅很有可能
從安全帶里滑下來。但中國人一般認為把孩子抱在
懷里已經很安全了,父母無疑是愛孩子的,是會保護
孩子的,大可不必用一些冷冰冰的條條框框來約束
我們的行為。
美國的法律涉及面之廣是中國人難以想像的,
人們在政治、經濟、教育、婚姻等方方面面受到法律
的保護,法制觀念已植根於每個人的價值體系之中,
人們時時處處都會感覺到法律的存在。把孩子獨自
留在家裡是犯法,夫妻在家打架是犯法,這些對中國
人來說好像應該算是自家的私事,用不著外人干涉,
更與法律無關。美國人的法制觀念和中國人的傳統
文化很不相同,反映了不同的價值觀,很難說清誰對
誰錯。但《刮痧》也的確讓我們深思,我們對孩子的
愛是否科學? 我們是不是也應該把打罵孩子提升到是否是對人的基本權利的侵犯和不尊重這個層面來
認識?
31中國人的面子觀
在聽證會上,大同的老闆作為證人說出了大同
打兒子的事實,令大同非常失望和憤怒,甚至斷絕了
與老闆的朋友和工作上的關系。在其後的一段對話
中,大同道出了打兒子的原因。
昆蘭(老闆) :「我只相信事實! 你不應該打丹
尼斯! 」
許大同:「我為什麼打我自己的兒子? 還不是
因為尊重你,為了給你面子! 」
昆蘭:「什麼亂七八糟的中國邏輯,打你孩子怎
么能是給我面子! 」
許大同:「不可理喻! 」
語言是文化的表象。這些對老闆來說「亂七八
糟」的邏輯對大多數中國人來說是完全可以理解
的,大同打兒子只不過是想通過顯示父親對兒子的
威嚴和約束力來給對方面子,但對美國人來說,這種
「體面」的表現被異化為不體面的言行,原因何在?
這就不得不說說中國人的面子觀。林語堂先生在
《臉與法治》一文中說道,「中國人的臉,不但可以
洗,可以刮,並且可以丟,可以賞,可以爭,可以留,有
時好像爭臉是人生的第一要義,甚至傾家盪產而為
之,也不為過。」不管一個人是富有還是貧窮,是上
等人還是下等人,面子總歸是要的。魯迅先生筆下
的阿Q雖既無財產又無地位,但一旦有人傷了他的
面子,他也會盡力去挽留與維護。當他被別人打了
時總是說「我就算被兒子打了」,雖然他得忍受肉體
上的疼痛,但在面子上卻勝利了。阿Q的這種「精
神勝利法」實質上就是一個人丟了面子後為維護自
己的面子而採取的一種自我防禦行為。對中國人來
說,在同等情況下貶損自己是抬高別人、尊重別人、
給別人面子的行為;而美國人則認為貶損自己是愚
蠢的行為,與尊重別人毫無關聯,對於中國人的面子
觀念,他們是無法理解的。在中國文化中,很注重長
幼有序,尊卑分明,這是傳統的儒家思想根深蒂固的
表現;而美國文化更注重人的獨立性,主張個性解
放,長幼平等,強調人與人之間的相互尊重,相互理
解。中國人的面子觀與集體主義緊密相聯,中國是
一個以集體主義為向導的國家,集體主義文化強調
人與人之間的和平相處,人們努力維持一種和諧的
人際關系,因而會盡量避免人際沖突,人們說話比較
委婉,使用高語境的語言。「面子」是中美文化沖突
的具體體現之一,中國有一句俗語說「人要面子,樹
要皮」,還有「要面子」、「顧面子」、「丟面子」、「沒面
子」等說法。中國是一個相當穩定的社會,中國人
很少有機會離開他生活的地方,一輩子都與相同的
朋友、鄰居、親戚在一起。當一個人的生活與他人相
連時,與其他成員之間保持融洽關系就變得尤為重
要。為了保持融洽,避免沖突和維護家庭、群體和組
織的完整性,人們十分在意自己與他人的面子。
中國人特別講面子還有一個主要原因就是人們
生活在一個無形的關系網之中,而且人與人之間的
關系從根本上說就是不平等的,人們似乎也認同這
種不平等的關系。在這縱橫交錯的社會關系網中,
人們履行著各自的權利和義務,每個社會成員在與
他人交往過程中要符合自己的身份,不僅要維護自
己的面子,同時要尊重別人的面子,正如田玉川所
言,「在社會關系這張錯綜復雜的大網中,每個人都

my personal favorite "101D" medium is Disney's "101 Dalmatians: the Series". It combines many themes of the existing material (Dodie Smith book, 1961 and 1996 movies). But still does its own things, too.
Our main pups include brave Lucky, who gets a strong personality mirroring his character in the book, lovable Rolly, the gourmand of the pups, and sweet little Cadpig, who is the true runt of the litter. However, I would like to say that, in this movie, the director had not only foreran the crisis of the Capitalism, but also showed some of the human nature, from both gloomy and brilliant aspects, like selfish, mammonish, vainglorious, and love, hope, bravery, faith, and so on. In this essay, I will first reveal this film』s indication of the social context of that age, then I will analyse the two contrary aspects of human nature indicated in this film through some impressive shots.
Under the development of instrial technology, the economy in the Capitalism countries took off. It's not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leon's door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman's face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.

It is one of the greatest novels that I have ever read. The main role called Forrest Gump.Let me introce him shortly. Most of boys don』t want to share one seat with him on bus; many bad guys throw stones to hit him; he cannot be allowed to study into primary school at first; Jenny is the only girl that he loves all his life. After finish reading this novel, I learned a lot. Sometimes I think he is not a fool but a genius. His attitude to life is even clever than ordinary people.
Firstly, he is optimistic. He doesn』t do anything wrong but the society is unfair to Forrest. I felt very sad to him. However, Forrest is as optimistic as his mother .he always remembers his mother』s words: 「 stupid is someone who did stupid things.」 He does not do something stupid.
Secondly, he has strong willed. Because his IQ is lower than others, he has to concentrate on one thing. So he does well on everything he works. He loves jenny from the first sight at her to her death. At last, he gets married with her and has a son; he runs for 3 years just because he likes running; he loads a gun faster than other soldiers…
Thirdly, he is ideal husband. He is a man with a sense of responsibility. He loves Jenny very much. When others hurt her, he tries his best to protect her. He can earn a lot of money and he is a famous person in America.
So he is clever than others. Maybe a lot of people say he has good lucks. But I think character is bond to person』s fate. His attitude and his efforts to life make him has a happiness results at last.

Sometimes we think god gives everyone different fates. Someone has good looking while someone is born in rich family; someone is good at sports while someone is good at arts.
