查理有一次把爸爸的轎車偷偷地開出去玩，爸爸報了警，使他在警察局關了幾天，為此他與爸爸斷絕了關系，直到他爸爸去世。他爸爸只給他留下了那部老式轎車，而從未見過哥哥雷蒙卻繼承了300萬美元，於是查理前去尋找哥哥雷蒙，結果才發現雷蒙患有自閉症。這個雷蒙就是查理一直覺得在小時候跟他玩的“雨人”。

查理很恨他爸爸，因為爸爸不讓他玩車，其實是因為雷蒙也喜歡開這個車，而雷蒙患有自閉症，他的東西必須原封不動，爸爸為了滿足患病的雷蒙，“委屈”查理，不讓他玩這輛車，以免雷蒙不能適應。從中可以看出，爸爸對患病的雷蒙無微不至的關懷，為了照顧雷蒙，只能暫時委屈精神正常的查理，但當時查理並不理解爸爸，甚至恨他爸爸，他一直不知道他有一個患病的哥哥，因為在他懂事前雷蒙就被送到療養院去了，並且爸爸從來沒有告訴他，也許爸爸怕他知道自己有一個患“怪”病的哥哥，會有自卑感或招來別人的恥笑。

當下第78屆的奧斯卡正上演的轟轟烈烈，斷背山的情感，很美，卻偏偏於我感覺幾分凄厲在。我亦信這描述的是泛意上的愛情。我買票去影院，不想李安卻給了我另一個現實，認同，卻心寒。在現實和理想之間，在高貴與瑣碎之間，在愛情與生活之間，在新鮮與厭倦之間，我們不過是終身徘徊。又何必，點的這樣清楚明白。舉亂

我喜他的美，懼他的寒。

而Rain Man 是我喜歡的故事，那樣貼心，那樣溫暖。

舒緩的節拍里你能感到心底微微的清顫，帶回來的，有天空，有海岸，還有那些童年的游戲和玩伴。

這是一部以親情為主線的電影，父子情隱藏在手足情之後，支撐著手足情的發展。如果沒有父親當年的決定，沒有他看似不公平的遺囑，就不會有接下來的一切。愛情只是潤色的部分，卻在無意中充當了橋梁，銜接起了原本脆弱的親情。對於情感的闡述，是電影最精深的部分，電影似乎在傳達給我們處理各種情感的方式其實是相似的，那就是要喚醒自己麻木的心，用愛去化解矛盾，用真情去感染人。

最喜歡的兩段是查理教雷蒙跳舞和電梯里的那個吻，查理和蘇珊娜在與雷蒙的交往中都展現出了從未表現出的最耐心和柔軟的一面。當查理和雷蒙緩慢地邁著舞步在那片小舞台上來來回回時，外面的燈紅酒綠不再與他們有關，世界似乎寂靜下來，雷蒙的表情仍然是笨笨的，卻透著對愛的渴望，一支短短的舞就這樣感動了我們。而電梯里的那個吻，我想雷蒙品嘗到了潮濕的溫暖，他那前一刻失落的心靈得到了慰藉，他應該感受到了愛這樣的字眼。

最後一幕，雷蒙似乎強忍著淚水，踏進了火車。電影結束了，愛仍會延續下去。查理會愛著這個令他自豪的哥哥，雷蒙也將享受被愛的美好，他們都得到了自己那一杯最醇美的酒。

——觀《雨人》之我見

一、劇情簡介

在影片的開場，查理·巴比特和他的夥伴就在忙碌著接聽各種電話，查理經營的蘭博基尼車拿不到環保署的尾氣合格證，通過欺騙等方式苦苦維持著不景氣的生意。盡管如此，他還是堅持要和女友去棕櫚泉度假。開車去度假的途中查理得知父親去世的消息，轉而去參加父親的葬禮。

查理因為偷開父親的珍貴的別克車而與父親斷絕關系，多年來一直沒有與父親聯系。他從律師那裡得知父親在遺囑中將那輛別克車和父親經營的玫瑰留給他，而將價值300萬美金的其它遺產留給了一個未知的受益人。這讓查理憤懣不已，他通過各種渠道打聽消息，最後在知道了這份巨額遺產是留給了他從來都不知道的自己的患有自閉症的哥哥。

於是他把雷蒙從療養院中帶走，企圖利用雷蒙得到他認為自己應得的150萬。然而他的女友對他的這些行為以及他對他哥哥的態度十分不滿，一氣之下離開了查理。此時，查理的生意上出了問題，急著要趕回去，但雷蒙堅持不肯坐飛機，又在一次州際公路的交通事故中受到了刺激咐棚，使得兩人只得在二級公路上開車行進。與此同時，雷蒙堅持自己固定的生活方式，給查理帶來了很多麻煩，但查理也在這旅程中慢慢地發生了改變，並且知道了雷蒙就是他記憶中的那個雨人。

查理的生意徹底失敗了，而且還欠下八萬美金的債務。情急之下，查理發現可以利用雷蒙驚人的記憶力，帶他去了賭場通過算牌的方式贏了大筆的獎金。他和哥哥的感情越來越好，他的女友也回到了他的身邊。他開始為監護權與療養院的布魯諾醫生打官司。

最終，他哥哥在心理醫生的測試中被證實無法照顧自己，他敗訴了。在不舍中，他與哥哥雷蒙告別。影片就在這里結束了。

二、主題分析

這是一部反映手足親情的影片，因而影片的另一個中文譯名就是《手足情未了》。雷蒙一直就是那個在默默守護著查理的雨人，rain man正是雷蒙的諧音。他因為害怕傷害查理而被送進療養院，而這么多年來他一直保存著那張和查理的合影。他雖然不能像正常人一樣去理解，但是他始終牢記著不能傷害查理，始終在心裡記著查理，這就是割捨不斷的手足情。而查理盡管在一開始只是把雷蒙當作名義上的哥哥，甚至企圖利用雷蒙獲取父親的財產，卻在七天與雷蒙的相處中逐漸感受到了這種親情，並且在這種手足情之下，錢對於他已經變得不重要了。

影片中查理的變化是一個重要的線索。一開始他只是一個冷峻偏激，自私狹隘，暴躁沖動，唯利是圖又有些玩世不恭的人。他不懂得感情，與女友在一起卻沒有什麼話好說，與父親斷絕關系，即使聽到父親去世的消息也無動於衷。他利用各種人，包括他的女友，包括他的哥哥，為自己謀取利益。但是當他得知雷蒙就是他記憶中為他唱歌的雨人時，他的親情真正開始回歸，他本身也開始發生改變。查理開始學會去道歉，學會了真誠，學會了尊重，學會了貼心地照顧別人。他為雷蒙布置好房間，准備好食物，為他買了小電視，教他跳舞，爭取他的監護權??

父親作為影片中一個隱形的形象，也是一個重要的角色。從父親的遺囑中可

見父親的良苦用心，也可以看出父親對兄弟兩人深深的愛。這么多年來父親一直堅持去看望雷蒙，一直堅持地聯系查理，他希望查理能明白一些事情，純猜明白極品的價值。而醫生布魯諾則受父親之託，盡心盡力地照顧著雷蒙，體現出了值得贊頌的忠誠。另外，查理的女友蘇珊娜也是一個非常善良的人。甚至是被查理闖入的那個普通的家庭，他們也為了雷蒙放棄了看動畫片。影片中這些人物都讓整部影片展現著人性的光輝。

三、經典鏡頭及段落分析

鏡頭一：

這個鏡頭雖然不是特別經典，但是我認為它非常典型的展現出了兄弟兩人的.形象。一個永遠戴著墨鏡，表情冷漠的，做簡型一個永遠走路搖晃者，表情呆滯的，兩個人的形象這樣正面出現在同一幅畫面中具有很強的對比效果。

鏡頭二：

這一組鏡頭從不同的角度給出雷蒙在前面走，查理慢慢開著車跟在後面的情景。

上面一張從查理的視角給出雷蒙的背影。當我看到雷蒙那搖晃的身影的時候，就莫名地被感動了，突然讓人感到雷蒙特別可憐。

而下面的一張則從一個較高的角度俯拍整個畫面，一輛車跟在一個人後面緩緩地開動。這樣的遠景更襯托出了雷蒙的渺小，更給人強烈的視覺沖擊。而雷蒙嘴裡重復的還是他那永恆的壘球的問題。

鏡頭三：

查理得知雷蒙就是雨人的那段很經典。查理看到了雷蒙珍藏的小時候他們的照片，那裡面雷蒙還是那樣木訥的表情。雷蒙唱起小時候為查理唱的歌，讓查理想起來記憶中的雨人，也不禁跟著唱起來，那是一個手足真情流露的時刻。而當查理放出熱水時，雷蒙更是歇

斯底里的要把熱水關掉，叫喊著「熱水會燙傷小孩子」。所截的鏡頭中雷蒙一副被嚇壞的模樣，只是不住地咕噥著「絕對不能傷害查理·巴比特」。這一系列鏡頭展現出了雷蒙內心深藏著的對弟弟的愛，也是讓查理轉變的重要契機。

鏡頭四：

這是一組看似很平凡的鏡頭，但是我認為它們的角度很獨特。影片中採用了一組由雷蒙的視角看到的畫面，包括車的影子，路邊的欄桿等等，其間還穿插著對雷蒙表情的特寫。像右邊那張圖是雷蒙在數路邊的欄桿，影片就是通過這些細節一步一步地刻畫人物形象的，這組鏡頭集中表現了一個自閉症患者的形象。

鏡頭五：

這是查理教雷蒙跳舞的片段。鏡頭從他們跳舞的畫面轉向對拉斯維加斯夜景的拍攝，最後又回到了這間總統套房裡，從窗戶中透出兄弟兩人跳舞的景象。漂亮的套房，圓形的陽台，落地的明窗，窗外的繁華與兄弟兩人無關，此刻他們獨享著這份寧靜與愉悅。這是一幅非常美麗的畫面，兄弟兩人的感情至此又進一步。 鏡頭六：

毫無疑問這應該是整部影片中最經典的鏡頭了。當查理知道自己可能要敗訴的時候，他對哥哥說的一番話都是真情的流露。而獃獃傻傻的雷蒙也把頭靠向了查理，似乎能聽得懂查理在說什麼。影片中這個鏡頭持續的時間長達一分鍾，緩慢地拉近。這樣一個定格給人帶來強烈的感情沖擊，

讓人不禁為兄弟真情所打動。

四、演員表演分析

霍夫曼憑借在影片中對雷蒙這個形象的出色演繹獲得了奧斯卡最佳男主角獎，他以其出色的演技贏得了大家的一致認可。霍夫曼在影片中飾演自閉症患者雷蒙，據說為此他專門與一個自閉症患者一起生活了一年。從站立，到走路，到說話，到表情等等各個方面他都表現得淋漓盡致。他的眼神永遠都

那麼傳神，貌似空洞卻又讓人覺得深邃，讓人難以琢磨這個表象下有著怎樣的內心世界。雷蒙必定有著豐富的內心世界，他只是不知道如何去表達自己，不知道如何去理解別人說的話。

雷蒙這個形象不僅在行為和神態上十分生動，其語言也十分具有特色。影片中雷蒙不斷地重復誰在一壘誰在二壘的那個小時候父親給他的笑話書上的笑話，並且把它當作一個問題在反復思考，他不斷地使用definitely和yeah這兩個詞，使得這些語言成了具有代表性的語言，也是雷蒙精神狀態的一個反映。當他聽到查理那番真情的表露之後，他似乎聽懂了什麼，他在念叨著查理名字的拼寫「C-H-A-R-L-I-E」，「rain man」，此刻查理已經成為了他的雨人。

而影片的另外一個男主人公查理也十分具有表現力。在他與蘇珊娜談到他的父親的時候，他的聲音非常冷漠，表情也很木然，充分表現出了查理冷峻自私的形象特點。而他在聽律師讀父親的遺囑時，表現除了異常的激動，他的語速加快，

臉上滲出汗來，甚至說出了「如果有地獄的話，我父親正在下面」這種話來。影

片給了一組查理當時表情的特寫，克魯斯非常傳神地表達除了查理當時的情緒，失望、憤怒、自嘲等多種復雜的感情交織在一起。
