英語作文中書信的格式

（一） 英文書信的組成部分英文書信一般由六部分組成。

即：信頭（Heading）、信內地址（Inside Address）， 稱呼（Salutation），正文（Body of Letter）、結束語（Complimentary Close）、署名（Signature）， 有時在書信後面還有附言（Postscript）、附件（Enclosure），這得視具體情況而定。

下面將分別說明。

1. 信頭（Heading） 信頭是指寫信人的地址和寫信日期， 一般寫在或打在第一面信紙的右上角，先寫地址再寫日期，地址的寫法是從小到大，先寫門牌號、路號，再寫區名、市名、省名，最後寫國名。

時間的寫法對英國人和美國人而言是不同的。

英國人習慣按日、月、年的順序寫， 而美國人習慣按月、日、年的順序寫。

例如： 英式：1st October,1999 美式：October 1,1999 在使用前一種形式時，月和年之間的逗號可用可不用，但是在後一種形式中，必需要使用逗號。

信頭的寫法有縮進式和齊頭式。

縮進式每行開頭向右縮進一兩個字母；齊頭式左邊對齊排列，如下所示： 縮進式 Wang Ming Dept. of Chemical Engineering Dalian University of Technology Dalian 116023 Liaoning Province P. R. China 齊頭式 Wang Ming Dept. of Chemical Engineering Dalian University of Technology Dalian 116023 Liaoning Province P. R. China2. 信內地址 （Inside Address） 信內地址要寫出收信人的姓名和地址。

一般給比較生疏的親友的信和公事信件要寫出信內地址，而熟悉朋友可以省去這一步驟。

信內地址寫出在日期下一兩行的左上角，第一行寫收信人的稱呼姓名，然後寫出地址。

地質也是從小到大寫出，分縮進式和齊頭式兩種。

例如： 縮進式 The President Oxford University England齊頭式 Jiang Bin 64Heping Road P.R.China3.稱呼（Salutation） 稱呼是對收信人的稱謂。

在信內地址下一兩行處頂格寫起，自成一行。

末尾用逗號或冒號。

（1）當給一位熟悉的人寫信時可以用Dear 或是My Dear。

在英國，My Dear 比Dear親切，而在美國，Dear比My Dear 親切。

（2）當給一位你不知婚否的女性寫信時，可以用Ms.……，這是指＂……女士＂。

（3）在給不熟悉的人寫信時，可以用Dear sir, Dear Madam, Dear sirs, Gentleman 等等。

4正文（Body of Letter） 正文是一封信的主體部分。

通常在稱呼的下一行寫出。

正文也可採用齊頭式或縮進式的方法。

齊頭式是反映每段開頭一行和後面行並齊。

縮進式是指每段的第一行向右縮進幾個字母。

信箋講究簡潔、效率。

開頭幾句簡單地寒暄後就不如正題，在結尾處要有祝願和敬語。

常用的開頭語有： I have received your letter of July Ist. 7月1 日來信已經收悉。

I have the pleasure to tell you that …….很高興告訴你……。

I am very much delighted to receive your letter. 非常高興收到你的來信。

It is my honor to inform you that ……很榮幸告訴你……。

常用的結束套話有： I am looking forward to hearing from you 盼早日回信。

Wish best regards. 祝好。

Thank you for your help 感謝你的幫助！ Wish my best wishes for your success. 祝你成功。

Wishing you a happy holiday. 祝假日愉快！ Hoping to hear from you soon. 希望能盡快收到你的回信。

5結束語（Complimentary Close） 結束語在正文之後隔一兩行的偏右方開始寫出。

開頭字母用大寫，以後的字母用小寫，最後一個詞後面用逗句。

常用的結束語有： 一般非正式的關系： Yours sincerely, Yours truly, Yours faithfully, Most sincerely, Faithfully yours， 親密的關系： Love, Yours love, Yours Affectionately, With love, Lovingly yours, Yours ever， 上級和長者： Yours respectfully, Faithfully yours,6署名（Signature） 在結束語的下方是簽名，先手寫出，再打出來。

如果收信人不認識寫出信人，可以在署名前用括弧標出Mr.、Miss或Ms。

在名稱下面可註上頭銜。

如： Yours sincerely, Lucy Blake （手寫） Lucy Blake (Miss)（列印） Sales Manager7附言（Postscript），附件（Enclosure） 在信件正文寫作時可能漏掉了某些事，或臨時發生了某事需要補充時，可以在信下面左下方寫出上P.S. 如果隨信有附件可在愛左下端註明。

英語作文書信格式

英文書信的構成可分為8個部分：信頭（Heading）， 日期（Date）， 收信人姓名及地址（Inside Name and Address）， 稱呼（Salutation）， 信文（Body of the letter）， 結束語（Complimentary close）， 署名（Signature）， 附言。

1、信頭（Heading）:信頭是指發信人的單位名稱或地址。

一般情況下發信人只需把自己的地址寫（打字，手寫均可）在信的右上角，離開信紙的頂頭約1英寸，佔二三行或四行均可，格式如下：①齊頭式 ②縮進式2、日期（Date）:寫日期注意下列各點：①年份應寫全，例如不能用「99」來代替「1999」；②月份應寫英文名稱，除May, July外，可用縮寫，如：Sep., Oct.。

但不要用數字來代替，如7/4/99 或7, 4, 99，因為在英國此日期代表 7th April,1999，而美國則代表4th July,1999。

③日期可用1,2,3,4…11,12…21,22…31等，也可用lst,2nd,3rd,4th…11th,21th…22nd…31st等。

日期的幾種寫法：a.July 7,1998 b.1st October, 1998 c.30 Nov., 1997 d.Sep. 3rd, 1999 ④特別注意英文書信日期應緊接著寫信人地址下一行，不能像寫中文書信那樣寫在書信簽名之後，這是很多學生的常見錯誤。

3、收信人姓名及地址（Inside Name and Address）:寫信人的地址和日期寫好以後，接著就要寫收信人的姓名和地址，一般的事務信件或給較生疏的朋友的信件要寫，而在給極熟的朋友的信中則可省去。

這一項寫在日期下一行的左上角。

收信人姓名寫一行，收信人地址可分兩行或三行寫，和寫信人的地址一樣，上下可取齊，也可以向右縮進。

在姓名前一般要加上稱號，稱號因人而異。

4、稱呼（Salutation）:稱呼指的是信文開頭的那種稱呼，如Dear , Mr, Uncle，各種稱呼因人而異。

在稱呼後面一般是用逗號，但也有用冒號的。

5、信文（Body of the letter）信文是信件的主體部分，也就是信的內容。

正文應在稱呼下兩行開始。

信的開頭第一個字母通常和稱呼開頭第一個詞平齊。

也有往後退四個或八個字母的。

下面介紹一些開頭語和結尾語6、結尾語7、署名（Signature）8、附言（Postscript）:發信人有時在寫完信後又想起一件比較重要的事沒有說，可以在信末署名下面幾行寫上， P. S. (Postscript 的縮寫)，然後將要補充的話寫上。

Thank you for your letter which make me happy all the day. Today I want to show you a movie. I watched a movie which is a pure love story full of sentiment and affection named 「Under the Hawthorn Tree」 yesterday and it moved me very much. It is directed by ZhangYiMou, a very famous director in China. And it is adapted from the popular novel Hawthorn Tree Forever.
Set in the 1970s ring the Cultural Revolution (1966-76), the novel Hawthorn Tree Forever is based on a true story about a young city girl named Jing with a condemned political background who falls in love with a young man Sun (Lao San)from a high-profile family when she goes to the countryside to be re-ecated. Jing`s age and social standing prevent the two from being together until she graates and gets a secure job in the city. Sun continues to support Jing and they date secretly before Sun is diagnosed with leukemia and dies.
「Waiting」 is one of the main subject in this movie. Jing and Sun never say 「I love you」 to each other, but we can feel their love to each other everywhere. When I watched the movie, many times I fell into tears, I am deeply moved by the love by LaoSan. He is such a kind of person: He will find all the reasons to come to meet Jing; He will help her to finish many work not known by others; he will be there whenever Jing meets difficulties; he can always know what Jing likes to eat and what is her lack of; he can give a cut on his arm to force Jing go to the hospital for her feet injury… etc. To love her, he promise to wait until Jing is 25, one year and a month later, though he thinks this as a hard time of torture. The last scene is moving most, when Jing wear the red clothes made by the cloth Sun chose for her, and ran to the hospital to see Sun before his death, all asked Jing to call Sun,then Sun will know she comes to meet him then he can leave this world with ease. Jing Qiu ran to the bed, but full of tears and don』t know how to call Sun , yes, Jing never call Sun before, Sun told her that whenever she says 「I am JingQiu」 then he will be there. So Jing Qiu only shouted with tears 「I am JingQiu」 「I am JingQiu」 … at the last second of Sun』s death, Sun open his eyes and looks up, from his sight, Jing finds the picture, the only picture taken before they took together..and in it, both them were smiling brightly.. Sun diesd from cancer at last, he left a message to Jing 「 I am sorry that I can』t wait for you for one year and a month, I can』t wait wait till you are 25, however I will wait for you for my life…」 I don』t know what is the life like of Jing without Sun, but I believe, this will be an unforgettable love in her minds till death.. she never call him even when he was dying.. I think at that time, she may be regret, why never thought what to call Sun when he is alive, why not cherish more when they were together?
