1. 法律英語中的injunctive relieve到底是什麼

你說的是injunctive relief吧？
這就是我們外國電影香港電影里常看到的禁制救濟，也就是禁制令，常見於英美法系國家的訴訟程序中，是一種equitable remedy,一般都是common law不能提供足夠補救方法的情況下,會嘗試是否有equitable relief。
簡單來說就是通過法庭命令的形式實施的司法救濟措施，是指法庭命令當事人做，或者不得做某一個特定的行為，以避免司法不公或者解決貨幣賠償無法彌補的損害。
違反禁制令的行為通常可能被判定為藐視法庭的刑事罪行。

It is hard to say. Usually, I will go to the movie as long as there is a wonderful movie which meet my taste. If I must tell you a time, usually, I will go to the cinema once a month, because the movie ticket in Guangzhou are very expensive, 80 yuan each.

Do you like to see film at home or in the cinema?
當然是在電影院好啦，在電影院看電影說帶來的視聽震撼不是在家看電影說可以比擬的。當然也不是全部電影都在電影院看好，有些體裁的電影，如文藝片，我認為在家看和在電影院看沒什麼區別。
It certainly is in the cinema. Cenima can give you a shockness which you can not get at home. But ,some life style film is no difference for me to see in the cinema or at home.

還是我告訴你把，上面兩位寫得要麼太多，要麼太少。
下面是我看過很多遍的電影，絕對的精彩。
破綻：一個刑事檢察官與一個犯罪嫌疑人的較量，我超喜歡這個，我的名字「沒有無縫的蛋」就是看了這個電影後起的，你看過就明白我的名字的含義了。
失控的陪審團：美國審判法官控制審判程序，12位陪審員作出判決結果，但你是否可以想像控辯雙方是怎麼爭取陪審員支持自己的嗎？控辯律師展開了全方面的較量，但最後是一位別有用心的陪審員決定了案件結果。
