Our main pups include brave Lucky, who gets a strong personality mirroring his character in the book, lovable Rolly, the gourmand of the pups, and sweet little Cadpig, who is the true runt of the litter. Also there is Spot the chicken, who longs to be a dog. I find them all extremely amiable and enjoyable to watch. They are usually foiling Cruella's schemes for their land, or outwitting Lt. Pug (I'll get to him later), or sneaking into Grutely, or...just having fun, making a very likable show.

Under the development of instrial technology, the economy in the Capitalism countries took off. People lived a rich, luxury and expensive life, and this rapid economic development lasted for almost 20 years. People had got used to this kind of life. The huge development in machinery changed people』s life greatly. Innovations of transportation, such as vehicles and tankers, allowed people to travel around. The appearance of these modern transportations was an important milestone of the instrialization. People thus became very confident on human intellectual capabilities. They believed their power of conquering the nature is inapproachable. While the Titanic is also called 「The Ship of Dreamers」, in this film, when it bearing in with the ocean in the darkness, the mysterious ocean represents the unknown nature and the ship itself represents the advanced material capabilities people owned. In a shot that Mr Bruce explains his design of the Titanic, he said 「the ship possesses huge size, stability, luxury, and strength」, and that」 the supremacy will never be challenged」. In fact, all these words can be thought of the symbols of the Capitalism of that time in many people』s eyes. They thought the Capitalism is just like the Titanic, which should be 「unsinkable」. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman's face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.

Most of boys don』t want to share one seat with him on bus; many bad guys throw stones to hit him; he cannot be allowed to study into primary school at first; Jenny is the only girl that he loves all his life. But she thinks Forrest Gump doesn』t understand what』s love at first ……
After finish reading this novel, I learned a lot. Sometimes I think he is not a fool but a genius. His attitude to life is even clever than ordinary people.
Firstly, he is optimistic. He doesn』t do anything wrong but the society is unfair to Forrest. I felt very sad to him. However, Forrest is as optimistic as his mother .he always remembers his mother』s words: 「 stupid is someone who did stupid things.」 He does not do something stupid.
Secondly, he has strong willed. Because his IQ is lower than others, he has to concentrate on one thing. So he does well on everything he works. Thirdly, he is ideal husband. He is a man with a sense of responsibility. He loves Jenny very much. When others hurt her, he tries his best to protect her. He can earn a lot of money and he is a famous person in America.
So he is clever than others. Maybe a lot of people say he has good lucks. But I think character is bond to person』s fate. His attitude and his efforts to life make him has a happiness results at last.

Sometimes we think god gives everyone different fates. Someone has good looking while someone is born in rich family; someone is good at sports while someone is good at arts. Take Forrest for an example. He is a fool but he has talent on sports, such as running or playing pingpong.so everyone has his or her own gifts. God gives him a great mother. She is clever. I definitely wouldnt say it was better than the first Despicable Me,the first one was a lot more heartwarming,but it still is a very good sequel and has everything you want in a family film,humor for both young and older audiences.

However,the story of the movie feels very scattered and throughout I felt like they were trying to fit too much in one hour and a half. I still enjoyed it nevertheless!

Pride and Prejudice is a famous classic written by Jane Austen. I was attracted by the characters and plots of the film adapted from the novel.

Elizabeth is the heroine of the story. When she meets Darcy, a handsome, rich but arrogant man, on the party for the first time, she is dissatisfied with the proud manner of Darcy. Darcy looks down on those who are in a lower social class,including Elizabeth. However, after getting to know the courage, independence and confidence of Elizabeth, he almost falls in love with her. But Elizabeth believes the lies of Wickham which causes her great prejudice to Darcy. She rejects Darcy』s propose marriage to protect her self-respect. Finally, Darcy goes away because he couldn』t tolerate Elizabeth』s sisters』 vulgar manners. He writes a long letter to explain his thoughts and love to Elizabeth. After reading it, Elizabeth feels guilty about misjudging Darcy and regrets turning him down. As time goes away, Darcy graally improves his pride and keeps helping Elizabeth』s family out from troubles. At last, Elizabeth removes the prejudice to Darcy and accepts his propose marriage.

A review of the Pursuit of Happiness

「The Pursuit of Happyness」 was released on the 15th of December 2006. It is a dramatic story based on a biography of Chris Gardner』s nearly one-year struggle with homelessness. Directed by Gabrielle Muccino, the film stars Will Smith as Chris Gardner, and co-stars Jaden Smith playing Chris』 son, Christopher Jr. For Will Smith』s performance in the film, he was nominated for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for Best Actor. The 『different』 spelling of the title, 『Happyness』 is seen by Chris Gardner on the building outside the play centre is son attends, which Chris reminds the owners of the building multiple times that it is spelt with an 『I』.

The film shows us the struggles Chris Gardner has with homelessness. He is bankrupt because he invested his life savings in portable bone-density scanners, which he thought hospitals would be interested in buying, but in the end hardly any doctors wanted one, as they considered it an 『expensive luxury』. During the struggles, his wife Linda leaves to go to New York and Chris and his son are left in San Francisco with no income and living in a motel. Chris sees interest in become a stockbroker, but to become one he has to go through an internship. Meanwhile, Chris and his son are evicted because they can』t pay rent, and they are forced to go to a homeless shelter, and even one night had to sleep in the bathroom of the underground rail system. During his internship, he never once mentions his financial struggles and at one point he is asked to give one of his bosses 5 dollars for a cab, a sum that he can』t afford. After an intense six months, Chris is taken into the bosses』 office, and is offered a job as a stockbroker, the final scene shows him being in unbelief of the position he was offered and showing his happiness and gratefulness for the opportunity, Chris realises that his financial struggles are over as he now has a job with a regular income.

Christ was unfortunate, for he got a wife who was not understandable at all (though she has her own difficulties) and was in bad luck with his business. But he was very fortunate also, for he got a son who was very thoughtful and, I think, tough life experiences always make a great person. It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie does inspire me a lot. What impressed me most are: Christ』s wife left him because of life pressure; Christ』s love to his son and Christ』s strong belief towards life. Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only love cannot only make everything. And I also learn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensable.

人都有一時沖動的時候，那一刻會爆發出平常所沒有的力量，叫做爆發力。對短跑運動員來說，爆發力很重要。然而那一刻爆發的力量是有限的，它會被一種叫做時間的東西消磨。這個力量來自於人的本能，像頑石一樣不經琢磨。

而「毅力」卻是琢磨而出的。時間不斷的腐蝕它，而理性不斷的加固它。這是一場艱苦卓絕的拉鋸戰。

安迪可以堅持每天挖掘石洞，挖了近二十年；可以每周寫一封信，後來每周寫兩封信，直到州政府給了回應，資助他建立起圖書館；可以穿越長達五百米的惡臭骯臟的下水道，逃離肖申克。這樣的毅力不只是可敬可佩，簡直是可怖。

我沒有毅力。我只會被時間消磨成一堆灰，一堆沙，而安迪卻被琢磨成了鑽石。他讓我激動，是因為他身上的「理性」和「毅力」是我所沒有的。

我推想安迪從哪一天開始生起了挖洞逃生的念頭。也許是他刻下名字的那一刻，他發現石牆的質地松動，可能使他成功，於是他開始奮斗。但我想，這個念頭一定在那之前就有，一定是這種想要擺脫困境的念頭，與他百折不撓的精神，使他成為一個出色的銀行家。而後，使他成為一個出色的逃犯。接著，在電影結束之後，他必將成為一個出色的開拓者。

瑞德說，你不是罪犯，也許，不是個好丈夫。安迪卻不這么認為，他痛心疾首，認為是他的性格害了他的妻子。他很愛她，但是不善於表達，她說他就像一本闔上的書，永遠不知道他在想什麼。

其實從電影一開始，我就明白了為什麼安迪的妻子會紅杏出牆。當然，他很出色，他不只是有才華，還有一種奇妙的人格魅力。但是這不是愛情的基礎，起碼，他的妻子並不因此而愛他。

有人說這是部「男人必看」的電影，我想除了因為這部電影宣揚了理性、希望、奮斗之外，還因為其中有一種男人之間的友情。安迪的魅力沒有吸引到他的妻子，卻深深吸引了他身邊的囚犯兄弟，特別是瑞德。

瑞德是個老大哥般的人物，慷慨任俠，老成世故，頗有頭腦。他在監獄里法力無邊，若不是最初他幫助安迪搞到了許多工具，安迪也無法完成越獄的奇跡。

安迪心中明白「體制化」對瑞德的影響，他們曾在一次談話中提到希望，於是引出了這部電影最經典的兩句台詞：「希望，是好事，甚至也許是人間至善。而美好的事永不消失。」「要麼趕著去生活，要麼趕著去死。」然而在監獄里生活了三十年的瑞德，怎麼可能僅僅被這兩句話而挽救呢？他可能會走Brook的老路。
