故事的警示

數十分鍾災難場景的連續體現，使人們坐在銀幕前感受到了巨大而不可名狀的恐懼與深思。
我們生於自然，長於自然，我們為了自己的文明不惜破換自然的平衡，最終，自然反過來向人類做了宣判，我們的一切文明，物質上的、精神上的，完全可以被她輕而易舉地全部摧毀！在自然面前，無知的我們憑什麼自豪於自己的「傑作」？！我們有徵服、取代自然的資格嗎？

我不喜歡看科幻片，諸如星球大戰、火星撞地球之類的，覺得那些東西未免異想天開了。我也不喜歡看恐怖片和鬼片，那純粹是人嚇人的玩意兒。但我喜歡看災難片，或許因為人類與外星人或者鬼神的距離沒有與計算機或環境污染的距離近，在可以預見的范圍內編故事我還比較的能夠接受，還能讓人在看過之後靜下心來尋思尋思人類自己的事兒。事實上，科幻片和災難片常常是融合的。
《後天》就是這樣一部讓人想事兒的科幻災難片。全球氣候變暖，海平面上升，大氣環流異常，龍卷風、颶風肆虐，冰雹有棒球那麼大，城市被海水淹沒，暴風雪，氣溫驟降......天災面前，死亡被無限放大，生命脆弱得就像被踩在腳下的螞蟻。
天災面前，每個人都希望自己是幸運者，可是有些人只能帶著遺憾，平靜地等死（孤獨困守在預報台的工作者）；有些人雖然掙扎著活下去，可是生與死的選擇面前，誰也猜測不到自己抽到的是不是上上簽（黑人警察的選擇）。
天災面前，人人平等。以狗為伴的乞丐可能幸運地活下來，國之元首可能不幸地死去。活著的和死去的，用不同的方式見證著這場天災。
天災面前，人與動物恢復了最原始的關系：吃與被吃（人與惡狼的搏鬥）。在險象環生惡劣環境里，人恢復了最初的求生能力。
天災面前，人的生命與人創造的文明成果產生了矛盾（圖書館焚書取暖）。人最終明白：有了人就會有一切。燒盡了所有，再從所無中創造。只是這一次人類無須再從刀耕火種開始。
天災面前，親情、友情、愛情被殘酷地考驗著。要忍受妻離子散，要堅守親情的承諾；要挺身於朋友之難，要懷揣著喪友之痛去尋求希望；要承擔失去愛人的傷慟，要固守相濡以沫的真情。
天災面前，應該珍惜生命，保持善良，放棄身外之物。
